They also said that we will probably not see an performance increase. Just a few less hardware related crashes and probably less server costs for zenimax.

Edit: Found it. It's at around 2:49:00 in the reveal stream. I am greatly concerned what this means for the direction of the game overall. I posted a thread on that and it got move there when that was not appropriate.

Have you looked at the number of pages? PC EU regularly suffers from downtimes. This thread started during a week when it happened EVERY evening during prime time. The thread is still relevant since the crappy state of the PC EU server compared to the PC NA one and is considered by ZOS to be the official thread to post server related problems.
