Took about 40 attempts but finally got in. Doing as much as I can before it collapses on me.

So much for the daily log in reward on the EU server. I just tried for an hour, typing my password over and over, getting the error message, trying again. Many dozens of times. No connection. Day just rolled over. This sucks. Merry Christmas, ZOS.

Ok, so here it is how it worked for me: started the game, watched all splash screens fully, without skipping. Entered my credentials but did not hit login immediately! Instead I stood up & backed to the recommended social distance between me and the monitor. Sang 'Silent Night' with a half-full glass of red wine held out in the right hand. Then hit login and it worked!!! You have to time it to match the closing notes of the song though - took me a few tries to get it right.

It may work with white wine too, but pretty confident about the other steps.

PC EU I can't logged on either. My connection is working well with everything else, just ESO isn't working. I keep getting error message 201. This is very disappointing. Please, fix it.

I think I'll just toast the game goodnight with a glass of Port and go to bed. Thanks for the inspiration! (And the laugh! )

Bc this is the official pc eu status/error thread. Sometimes you just need confirmation that the problems are not on your end, but its just another case of PC-EU

It's not. It's just years old thread from the time noone could log in and 15 pages of post have been added every hour. It is now necroed by everyone who has problems, but most pages are year old and provide no useful information nor relevance to current situation

You may be correct but I rather have a +125-page thread for this than >125 unique threads for every time the PC EU server is having issues.

Every time there is a login problem with PC-Eu, the Zeni moderators direct people to this thread. So... I'd say this is official

You really should check your "facts" before you post. Prior to all the posts on December 25, 2020 the last post in this thread was made on December 02, 2020. Posts are made in this thread fairly regularly, hence why there are currently 125 pages. The fact that the thread originally dates back way longer is immaterial, EU players regularly use this thread to post about problems with the EU Megaserver. It makes it much easier for both EU players and ZOS staff to find so that we can check on what's happening when we do encounter problems.

Also, as @Ydrisselle has pointed out, ZOS Admins direct EU players to this very thread, both to read AND to post about problems etc.

Again now, logged into an alt for perhaps level some skills but wanted an main after looking at her.
Now stuck in an 108 loop for reasons.

Granted most of the random crashing has resolved themselves for reasons.

Most likely he is offended by the actions of the moderator, who acted according to the instructions and closed his topic or something like that. Now he walks through the forum and tries to create a precedent that "look how rules are not followed here."

But offtopic can be a reason for sanctions, so I propose to stop third-party discussions here and continue to wait for the next fail on our beloved and long-suffering European server.
