i also have Harvens Improved skill window but it looks different
all your categories expanded
i also have Spent Skill Points but its also doesnt do that
Forgot about Spent Skill Points. Anyway, the expanded categories is an option for PerfectPixel.
Settings -> Addons -> PerfectPixel -> Skills Scene -> Unwrapped Skills Tree On/Off0
