You didn't really reopen the server. Because the server was never actually taken down. I've been logged onto PC/EU the entire time from the first 15-minute warning message to now and was never booted from the server.

We ended up being able to resolve the issue without taking it entirely offline, but we did close it for a time which is why some players stayed logged in.Edited by ZOS_SarahHecker on April 28, 2019 5:56PM5 -

Guild stores are just plain broken 'cannot search ...' 'request failed: ..' being more common than results
