✭So... I logged on just fine earlier today, before the "fix" took place.
Logged off shortly after being notified that the server was gonna go down in 5 minutes.
Did some other stuff, got back and checked the forums, was told the servers are back online and the "issue" was "resolved."
Tried to log on... AND NOW I CANT!
Your "fix" broke the game!
And to top it all, I now learn that the server never went down, and people who remained logged in are still happily playing...
...

Some people, me included, haven't gone offline yet. It really paints a picture of the team not really having an idea of what is happening.
We ended up being able to resolve the issue without taking it entirely offline, but we did close it for a time which is why some players stayed logged in.
