Trouble logging in - Error 103

Maintenance for the week of April 14:
• PC/Mac: No maintenance – April 14
• Xbox: NA and EU megaservers for maintenance – April 16, 6:00AM EDT (10:00 UTC) - 9:00AM EDT (13:00 UTC)
• PlayStation®: NA and EU megaservers for maintenance – April 16, 6:00AM EDT (10:00 UTC) - 9:00AM EDT (13:00 UTC)

    Did everything I had to do at home so I could play the rest of the evening. Too bad, server down for maintanance. No idea how long it will take I pressume?

    Taking the servers oflline on prime time on a sunday when everyone wants to play? I think those in charge should be taken offline. Permanently. The management really needs to get changed. Are they taking the servers offline again tomorrow? I guess yes. I have never been a customer to a company with worse treatment of their customers.

    Yes, in theory companies are responsible for their product. But hey, why should I bother about customers if they pay despite anything? They pay and will pay even with 500 PR, even with huge PR drops, memory leaks, lag spikes and same content without much improvement. My job (as a company) to gather and monitor statistics to make sure I don't lose much of playerbase and income from them.

    It's not only about videogames. It's about world society in overall. People get trash simply because they allow to feed them with trash. Not because there is a super powerful and bad guy who is not responsible for a job he does. Society control a level of responsibility. And ESO society is absolutely fine with current state of ESO.

    They must be totally clueless how to solve all the issues with this game. Doing things random doesn't help. They've tried taking the servers down for maintenance before and it didn't help then. So why should it help now? Doing the same thing again and again and hoping for a different result. It won't happen.

    Reminds me of Error 301 when less than a hundred of us couldn't log in and they left us that way for a week until the next maintenance. You guys should be grateful they are so many of you with the problem.
    If real life had a block function i would go out more.

    Proud to have spent a year paying to BETA test ESO for consoles.

    WoW monthly fee is same as ESOs and no such bs lol, ESO+ should cost half of what it is now with such service, just saying

    To be fair. The login server must have the problem. I was online since 9 am cest until now without any problems. Without the maintenance announcement in the game I wouldn't have noticed the problem.

    Have lots of guild members taking a break until the server issues are sorted to their satisfaction (and this is prior to tonight).

    Until tonight I thought they were wrong but it isn't looking that way.

    Fingers crossed I will see them back.

    I couldn't agree more with you, but giving you a detailed reaponse would be too long for this thread. I agree it's a society-wide issue, but I've given up on other people, apart from my family, being able to have any form of critical thinking. I am really lucky, as you probably also are, to see things for what they are and not what they look like. "Hashtag winniiiiiiiing" 😓

    I suggest them to create a Crown-Store App or Browser-version so we can keep ourselves busy shopping in-game items while the servers are down. Should be quite profitable, right?

    Just hoping Elsweyr launch will be a one big failure with tons of problems and will scare away all the new players and steam and all sites will be flooded with negative reviews. Maybe then ZOS will finally learn instead of always getting away with cheap excuses and not fixing their *** for years.
