Trouble logging in - Error 103

Katinas✭✭✭✭Are there actually any ZOS people who have accounts and actually ever log in to servers to check if what seems to be fixed actually is fixed? Because if there are actual people doing that then how can you say servers are up and running when obviously it is impossible to log in?1 -

Issue isn't only with logging in to the game, I was logged in for about 45mins before experiencing 999+ ping, FPS dropped to 1 before the game eventually crashed.
Now I can't get logged back in while my friend is still in the game with no issues.0
Somehow I got too trustful this morning and did not claim them right away when I woke up.
