Recent EU Server Issues & Anniversary Event Extension

DirkRavenclaw✭✭✭✭Thank you ZOS, Im for one sell Goods in Guildstore for around the TTC ptice, often a wee bit lower and when i get someone in Zonechat asking and i see its a lowlvl, i actually ask less Money. And i still need 4 or 5 WC Motifes, so, more time to farm. But i sure as hell will not continue running like a headless chicken with 7 Toons around, doing Quests. I will calm down like most do but its so nice to see the Zones so populated, nearly all Dolmens have a Group, lots of WBs, the Goldcoast, Dungeons, even in Wrothgar is a lot going on. ✭well... that's even worst. another week of problem in-game doesn't solve one week of problems. I still think that the event should end sooner so the game doesn't break so easily.1 -

eklhaftb16_ESO✭✭✭✭✭It’s a domino effect but I hate trying to explain economics to players who’s parents still pay their bills.
If you consider yourself proficient enough to explain economics, then you also understand that ESO market is nothing like real world market - having no decay, no storage costs, no transport costs, no taxes to pay... also no bankrupcy, no foreclosure, no prison.
It's not like you're losing real money here. If anything, you should be welcoming an interesting new scenario in your market simulator. The ZOS basically just gave you a free expansion pack to play with. 4 -
yiasemi✭✭✭✭Yeah but, I have come home every day this week to a locked server. So you are gonna give me an extra week on a locked server? Get your *** sorted and then I will be grateful, cos right now we Ozzies, Chinese, Malaysians, Koreans, Japanese, and all the other wonderful nations in these time zones, including swathes of Mother Russia are getting very tired doing dailies around midnight with alarm clocks set for ungodly early hours in the morning.2 -

joneb✭✭Although you are fixing the server error it still has hindered people, especially those whose play time is limited and runs to a schedule. Similarly after making the Morrowind zone free to people, even though it doesn't come with all the other stuff you gave away when buying the expansion, you really have made a lot of people unhappy and the question is how soon will this new zone become free and is it worth it for the extras really? I know some who have recently joined by buying the Morrowind expansion and are really peeved off now so that they are talking about leaving.
Maybe you should re-evaluate your loyalty to players who have spent money on this game and its dlc, chapters and ESO plus so that they don't feel like they're being mugged. There are also many more titles coming out too which I hear talked about. Consequently you could start to lose loyalty. Whether you care is another question if you think your bigger than your customers interest in the game.2 -

VelimOrthic✭✭✭Thanks ZoS for this kind gesture an extra week and if the Motif side of the 'Market' should crash/plummet that's just an added bonus for the masses who will then be able to collect the Motifs at a more affordable price
Have you thought this through even a little? If the motif market crashed and everyone could afford them all, the writ market would crash for starters. What would be left to strive for? Interest in the game in general would be at risk.
I don't want people getting disinterested and walking away just because it saved you a couple of bucks that one month.0 -

Even as an owner of one radiant apex mounts I am against radiant apex mounts and anything thats not obtainable by direct purchase.0 -

ESO+ is part of the "Games as a service" trend. A trend that needs to die. Subscribe only when you need Crowns for DLC.
Say no to "radiant" junk quests replacing proper side content and the dumbing down of our favorite franchises.

Gina, thanks for the post but where are the details on the reasons for and progress of the short-notice maintenance 12/04?
Servers down for over 6 hours and counting and no sign of progress from anybody on your side.

(Cuz u cant miss such opportunity - ofc u can miss it... but u know it gets some kind of chore for a lot of ppl anyway) Crafting materials will be even rarer. Ppl will get bored and will need a break from ESO... etc...
That doesnt make up for the problems, it brings only new ones.1 -

✭✭Great, another week of people obsessing over motifs and clogging up the servers so I lag and crash out. Just let the newbies like me have the xp buff for a week and delete all the motifs from the game.
