Any news on the No Morrowind problem? Some buyers (including myself) got their mounts and theme from the PS Store and no Morrowind download (without having ever purchased Morrowind before - people who already own Morrowind won't be getting another copy of it).

I bought the standard Summerset Isles edition from PSN and all I got was the nightmare senche, no Morrowind, how do I get this fixed, thanks

Same here. I also "pre-ordered" the physical collector's edition (versus "pre-purchased"... don't think there is any way to "pre-purchase" a physical edition), from Amazon. Clear direction on early-access and extras (like the senche mount) would be appreciated.

They did this for Morrowind, established and documented the policy proactively, and there didn't seem to be any confusion. Like everyone else I sent in my pre-order invoice from Amazon and received in-game early extras in a matter of a few days. No muss, no fuss. Don't know why they didn't set this up in advance for Summerset.

The ideal solution would be to arrange for Amazon to email an in-game code at time of order, like they do for all digital purchases, that would enable the pre-order/pre-purchase extras and early access immediately and time out and disable them if the code for the collector's edition was not entered within some (short) time limit after "release". Armed with a auto-generated code, delivered electronically, we the people could do the required data entry and etc.

Anyway, it would be nice if they went ahead and put us out of our misery. Give us a way to request the extras, as we did for Morrowind, or tell us clearly that we will just have to wait for release (i.e. early access and extras will not be available for physical edition customers).

@ZOS_GinaBruno - I purchased the The Elder Scrolls Online: Summerset Collector's Edition digital - relogged ingame and still haven't got any mount. The payment has been charged to me on paypal but got no confirmation email from Zenimax Store (where I bought it from) and no indicator ingame telling me that I now own this incoming chapter. No mount in collectibles.

If you're concerned about people getting the virtual goods and cancelling the order, just have a script that goes and removes the stuff from accounts that don't activate their physical edition codes by some date.

I'm tempted to cancel my physical edition preorder and switch to the digital collector's edition. And not for the mount.

With the way this was handled, I'm losing faith that the physical edition folks will actually be able to get in during early access. There was a system in place last year with Morrowind to address this situation - why it wasn't implemented (or predicted) this time, I dunno.

Vexing to be treated like a second-class citizen, as a reward for committing to buy the "top of the line" version of the game, apparently because its too much trouble to support us. I agree, reconsideration is warranted.

So for those who opted for the Digital Collectors Edition...the $79.99 choice on PC, when will a fix occur for that mount as I didn’t get it but did get everything else as i did open a ticket but I read your note seemed to be only for PS4.

So their solution to address the issue of people not receiving the mount immedietlly upon purchase of the physical edition was to change the advertisement message and scam people who actually purchased while it was written "immediatly". What a disgrace Zenimax.

I agree, not ideal. ZOS should have thought this through and arrived at a coherent policy ahead of time, versus saying one thing and then doing another. (And I confess to being mystified as to why they didn't just run this like they did the Morrowind Physical Collector's pre-order process.) But a pre-order can be easily cancelled, an entirely understandable course of action for anyone who believes they have been misled. Changing the policy after inducing people to buy could reasonably be expected to induce people to simply cancel that purchase.

Apparently the policy this time is that early access and other such premiums are only going to be available to digital edition pre-purchasers. Even a very prompt/early pre-ORDER of a physical edition of the game is not the same as a pre-PURCHASE. I suppose that makes a certain amount of sense, they would want to make a fast buck by inducing people to pre-purchase (and pay) NOW, rather than paying later in May.

But I continue to see claims that the Senche mount will be available to Physical Collector's pre-orders. Without some way to send in our dated receipts, how will ZOS know we PRE-ordered? And if we have to send in dated receipts anyway, why can't we do that now and receive all the same benefits as a Digital Deluxe pre-purchase (Senche and early-access, etc)? As I say, I am mystified.

Oh well, I was getting tired anyway of having to lay out for yet another feline mount reskin.

Just so everyone is aware, I provided a screenshot of my invoice from Amazon in a support ticket because I was getting no response here on the forums and they added the mount to my collectibles.

Im actually not that bothered myself about having to wait. Its only a mount, plus ive just started Far Cry 5 which looks alot of fun. And i still have not even finished Morrowind, Dark Brotherhood or any of the other DLC’s. Im so far behind lol. But hope for you guys yous get your Mounts. I will just wait

For those of you who posted in this thread and are still worried about the ability of Physical Collector's Edition preorders having full early access....

I just checked my order on Amazon and it states the entire thing is expected to be delivered on the 21st of this month (can't speak for other sites, but would imagine it'll be handled similarly).

Regardless of changing their announcement or not having something in place for this situation (still not understanding the latter after the Morrowind fiasco), and I can't speak for everyone, but I feel this is fixed. Getting everything at early access sounds good to me! Thanks ZOS!
