How do we get our Summerset pre-order swag?

You'll receive those once Summerset launches.
The only items you get immediately are the Nightmare Senche, and access to the base game and Morrowind (if you didn't have those already). 4 -

Holmarion19✭✭✭I am also trying to buy the summerset preorder digital collector's edition upgrade but cannot. Most times it sends me to the "get subscriptions" site when I already have ESO plus. A couple of times I have got as far as my billing address details but when I press "buy now" it sends me back to the store page.
Hopefully it will settle down tomorrow so you can take my cash;)0 -

✭✭✭✭✭When pre-ordering (through the website, not Steam) the digital standard upgrade on an account with ESO+, it defaults to "No Membership" and prompts me to select a membership plan. If I ignore that and hit "Continue" I trust it won't regard my membership as canceled as it has some time to go before renewal - has anyone else had experience of this?0 -

same question (though in the US it says 11 June). please provide the same option as Morrowind release with the link to submit a proof of purchase. a lot of people will be quite upset if they spent $90 and don't receive early access.0 -

I pre-ordered the collectors upgrade for the PS4 but didn't get the mount. It also says it's not available to play until 12/31/2018.

Just so I can be clear...and I'm sorry to bother you because I can see how you are being lit up right now. If I preorder the PHYSICAL collector's edition copy, will I get all of the same things offered digitally for the collector's edition? Because the page found here on the website almost makes it look like the Bloodshadow wraith is only available via physical and the Nightmare Senche only available via digital. That would make me a very sad panda.
Also, if I do preorder the physical collector's copy, am I able to show my proof of purchase to gain access to the Nightmare Senche or do I wait until the full physical copy arrives?
