How do we get our Summerset pre-order swag?

✭I like the concept of providing standalone codes for the included Morrowind and Base access. That'd be awesome. I have RL friends I could tempt to join/return to the game. My account already has that access, so I have no need for them.
Obviously, this isn't what I was expecting when I bought Summerset, and I don't think it'll happen. But still, it'd be nice.0 -

I looked back in the PlayStation store and there are only options to purchase Morrowind. None of the options are free, even though I preordered Summerset. What's going on? Am I supposed to get an email with a code?

Is it possible that we can't get Morrowind because the current sale for 33% off is overriding the free access?

Same case for me, I haven't seen the physical CE in Belgium yet. Also, I will be abroad during some periods, so I would really like to know when the preorder bonus end, in order to organise, just in case I would have to ask someone I know to preorder it for me. ✭✭✭✭To those wondering about the possibility of sharing the "bonus copy" of Morrowind, see the fine print on that offer: "Note that if you already own ESO: Morrowind, you will not receive an additional copy."
Morrowind is being given free to those who don't have it when they pre-order any edition of Summerset, even the $30 standard upgrade. As it stands now, those of us who've already purchased Morrowind won't see any of that extra value for our money. We'll pay the same $30 for the new chapter alone.
I'll probably bite the bullet and pick up Summerset anyhow, despite this interesting new take on loyalty rewards. But, to bring this back to the OT, I can't make an informed decision about which edition to purchase until there are firmer answers to the questions above as to when we'll have access to the content.1 -

oh same here. my point is that if they say it they need to follow through. I already have MW, so this pre-purchase is solely for the statue/book. for MW there was a way to prove early purchase by providing your amazon Order number and/or screen shot through the main eso website. I suspect that's what will happen this time. But this overwhelming lack of follow-up on every damn thing from zeni is a PIA.

Yeah I find this is always the most confusing as both are called collectors editions, but one with "digital upgrade" after the fact. One is $40 and the other is $60. Both mention in the description that buying the collectors edition get's you the free blood wraith mount and other rewards. However, I've got someone telling me that the $60 version is the one that gives you the those free benefits.
Which is it? Do I need to cancel my preorder to upgrade to the $60 version?
It'd be nice to see a cleaner more clear explanation in the descriptions saying buy this get all this, without one just merely saying digital upgrade at the top of the image. I'll while both descriptions make mention of the exclusive bonus content for the "digital collectors edition."0 -

✭✭✭✭The difference between the "upgrade" version and the non-upgrade version has only to do with whether you own the base game already or not.
If you own some form of the game already, you are eligible to buy the "standard upgrade" ($30) or the "CE upgrade" ($40).
If you don't, you can buy the full standard edition (i.e. non-upgrade) of Summerset ($40) or the full CE edition ($60). Both of those editions include the base game for people new to ESO, hence the higher price.
Every pre-order (of any edition, upgrade or not) will give you the Queen's Bounty bonus pack and the Nightmare Senche.
The Collector's Editions (both upgrade and full) include additional digital assets, such as the Wraith Steed mount, the Divine Prosecutor outfit style and the gryphon pet.Edited by virtus753 on March 23, 2018 1:17AM0 -

✭✭✭✭I've seen other threads on the forum try to pick up on the distinction between pre-*purchasing* and pre-*ordering* to claim that only the former entitles you to immediate benefits (in this case, the senche) because you've already paid, whereas the latter indicates only an intention to purchase without money actually changing hands yet.
The problem applying that distinction here is that ZOS has clearly written "pre-purchasing the Physical Collector's Edition..." (see the screenshot above). Since 3rd party sellers like Amazon offer only pre-orders of the physical collector's edition, and since ZOS doesn't offer a way to pre-purchase it from their store, there seems to be no way to "pre-purchase the physical collector's edition." So if we take the distinction between pre-ordering and pre-purchasing that literally, the phrase simply wouldn't make any sense, as it wouldn't apply to anything.
All of that is to say that there is still a legitimate question here to be answered by ZOS. The difference between "pre-order" and "pre-purchase" may be significant, but it only raises more questions in this case.1 -
