Still if the middle man goes down...you get this. happened when steam got DDOS'd a few times before. 24 hrs is the record that i can remember2 -

ZOS failed to provide a great service. It’s upto them to hire companies that will in turn provide great service. Steam failed to hold up their end, which causes ZOS to suffer. ZOS has offered us a product and service, and has failed in doing so, efficiently. It’s very disappointing. Great game.1 -

PC/EU here, and I can't log on. Initially, I got the same internal error/steam message as some others
"login failed. your username or password may be incorrect or inactive at this time. if you purchased the game through steam please start the game via the steam client to login"
but now, I get "a FATAL error has occured, submit report" - the game shuts down and I get a black screen...
All fine, but I DON'T HAVE STEAM with ESO, and haven't used steam in over 5 years, didn't buy the game with it...
so...what gives?? anyone with a clue? or just wait till it "resolves" itself on its own....0 -

SinNoAria✭✭@ZOS_JessicaFolsom Will anything be done about the ESO+ we missed out on? For those of us that have had issues with logging in via steam since U17 released, some of us have missed several days of ESO+. Losing out on dungeons and the like isn't the biggest deal in the world if you weren't farming those dungeons, but losing bag space, research times, bank space, the game was basically unplayable for anyone whose inventory was relatively full and lost ESO+ unexpectedly. That and losing several hours of research time might not seem like much, but some players were timing those research times to match their schedule and a few hours off can mean an entire day or more off.Edited by SinNoAria on February 15, 2018 9:41PM0
