    how u can see in this video when u use toppling charge after u hit the enemy u dont fall in front of him, u just fall inside him at the same point, so u cant hit him with light attks and proc glyphs or even hit the enemy with skills, LOOK TO MY SKILL BAR... I CANT USE ANY SKILL AFTER A TOPLLING CHARGE, because the enemy is "out of the range"... how can we make combos? btw if we are in the same posiion of the enemy puncuring WILL NOT WORK, the enemy will walk through the Templar and completely leave the puncturing range area. im gonna ask u again, how can we make combos if we cant hit the enemy??? 5 months, im talking about this bug since september.
    If im hitting the enemy with the spearhead i must fall in front of him 1 - 3 meters, so ill have a good area for puncturing and ill be able to hit him and make combos...

    It's a duration increase though....hardly a buff unless you're in a fight where your shields last the full duration.

    Healing ward duration increase makes it a useless set.

    I can't believe, stam Sorcs are actually still asking for buffs. Enjoy uninterruptable dark deal spam. 7 seconds of immunity, you can restore your entire stamina pool right in the enemies face.

    Where is this balanced ? The more I think about it, the less I'm liking these interrupt changes. What about pets ? Bash spam was cheesy, no denying. But I feel like pet Sorc has just become even more skillless than it has already become. Any fool can more or less use it now.

    One of the best patch notes ever! Aoe caps removal and no-CP bg - can't wait for it!

    But what about fix to cc immunity? Its still broken. Enemy can cast cc on me just after immovable potion or after break free.

    This might be asking for too much to soon. But can we possibly, maybe, hopefully think about bringing dynamic ult gen back also, or maybe a form of it.

    Just a thought to counter balance the monopolistic gameplay in Cyrodiil.

    From a customer's perspective I'm disappointed to hear that ZOS does not plan to reward max level characters with retroactive level rewards. I very much hope this is something they plan to reconsider before implementing the system. All too often nowadays are long-term loyal customers left out of incentive bonuses for newcomers. How many people can't get a deal on their cable or a cell phone nowadays unless they jump from company to company? Why in the world would ZOS even consider not making these rewards retroactive?
    If it was a few consumables and some gold that would be one thing, but 3 Crown crates, a costume, an expensive storage coffer and the completely random decision to now award the soul Shriven motif to a level 40 player when previously it was a very time consuming achievement? Absolutely I think these are great bonuses to hand out to players as they level, but why would you not give the same rewards to the players who held in there and grinded up without any of these helpful incentives?
    And to those who would argue that a new character slot will be available for purchase I just roll my eyes. A transparent attempt to make more money while penalizing loyal customers. As if they don't have enough income with the deplorable Crown crate system. This business model leaves a lot to be desired and I sincerely hope ZOS gives this a good think through.

    It´s a bad change of rmagDK PvE. Since Morrowind MagDK is the only class/setup that needed off-balance (because huge sustain issues). All other classes/setups took benefits from it, but never needed it to perform. Sure, the overall DPS would go down a bit on other classes, but no other class would have sustain issue without off-balance.

    Are you serious? Can we cut this crap about power creep in PvE? The "power-creep" was a thing when proc-sets right after 1T. Since then + sustain changes in Morrowind "power-creep" hasn´t been an issue. As soon as people adapt to new changes and manage to come close to old numbers in terms of DPS people scream "power-creep". When it comes to off-balance changes the 15-20 second immunity against bosses is way to long. I think an immunity to PvE mobs is just weird, but if ZOS want to have an immunity reduce it to maximum 10 seconds at least or magDK will be (with uncertainty) be even less common in vet-trials.

    The only way I see magDK getting back into PvE (with off-balance changes in mind):
    * Give them a cost-reduction passive for all class-skills
    * Revert the changes to Battle Roar and Helping hands to it´s pre-Morrowind state
    * Reduce the cost of certain skills.



    @NiclasFridholm And what is this thing I read about magicka Templar jabs doing less damage now? Did ZOS stealth nerf it or wtf is happening? :(

    It doesn't increase shield strength, it only increases their duration. Not a big deal.

    If the tanks get a nerf like this, could we buff the master resto a bit? To 300/400 or even 500 stam?

    Also im highly disappointed with the global cooldown of synergies. 20 seconds was stupid at it is. But 30? Are you serious?

    1 idea would be: make shards and orbs NOT share the same cooldown anymore.

    Think about that again.


    Maybe one could even make two systems? One that activates when you enter cyrodiil, and the other one when you are in pve?
    Would make things better. A lot. In pve 1 way to get oneshotted by a boss, for the tank, is to drop block (and they most likely will be forced to do so now)

    If you could make pvp/pve a little more 'stand alone' and have pvp nerfs/buffs and pve nerfs/buffs not the same. Would be amazing.

    Hey, I'm on the PTS and can't find a way to make a character from template. All I seem able to do is create a normal level 1 character. Searching the issue tells me there should be a drop down in the top left of character selection, which there is not. I've already repaired/verified my PTS install to no avail. Help would be appreciated, I want to test, too!

    This is good news as it will help drive pop. They tried CP, didn't work so now the awesome roll back and this to improve playerbase.

    I do concur that some players need more of an incentive to win. The decent ones don't, but many get distracted killing rather than actually trying to win.

    This is a great QOL change for crafters

    The Creation tab at Crafting Stations will now remember the level you have selected, rather than the number of materials. This is to prevent accidentally crafting the wrong level gear when switching between slots that require different material amounts, such as Helmet and Pants.

    Spot on. Another 2.5seconds matters very little in PvP, if it takes you that long to burst a ward down you are doing something wrong.

    Also this is a need to healing ward cos of the wait on the pop.

    1 new set worth picking up for me, Jorvulds guidance....looks really interesting. Luckily the monster sets don't look too great, considering if the dungeons are as hard as the last dlc that I wont ever be seeing them.

    I normally wear costumes so not bothered about changing the look of armour.

    House storage is great and should have always been there. But we NEED a higher item limit. 700 for the island is pitiful, should at least be 1000.

    I have No idea but they fixed nothing with sweeps and I gave up...

    This new system is designed to teach new players about the many facets of combat and progression in ESO. It contains useful rewards for new and veteran players alike as you progress from levels 2-50, and every five levels, you will receive a milestone reward with something special such as a mount, Crown Crate, costume, or a helpfulweapon. Simply open the Character UI to claim your rewards! Below, you’ll find the list of milestone rewards:
    • Level 5: Two Green-quality Rings, part of a basic 2-piece Item Set that grants a Max Health bonus

    Why put in a change that will stop people playing the game? one of the big reasons to continue questing was you got something for it, and now its just being handed out like candy to new toons, ie new players mainly.

    No, i dont have it yet, but id rather get it from cadwells silver, than just hitting lvl 40.

    I have no love for Cadwells, but I have to agree that the rewards they are handing out for leveling are a little odd. I get that they are trying to get people to create new characters, and they are bribing players to stick around by telling them what the reward will be when they do.

    I can't help but to think there is a focus change that has recently happened there that has precipitated this.

    I wonder if they have decided that they have chased away the bulk of the solid game players with various decisions. They are realizing that their player base is now dependent upon lots and lots of hand holding and incentives to even keep them in the game long enough to buy the requisite number of crown crates.

    This update shallows the game a lot more than I was expecting.

    Additionally, Rolis Hlaalu has a new assistant: Faustina Curio, the Achievement Mediator. This new merchant sells plans and furnishings for Writ Vouchers to characters that have attained certain achievements. Among these items are plans that Rolis previously stopped selling, as well as new furnishing documents that contain Morrowind furnishing plans. You can find Faustina Curio right next to Rolis Hlaalu, at the Writ drop-off area.

    Oh joy, we can finally get the Morrowind plans without being forced to open billions of urns in Vvardenfell. My house builder will be very happy with this :smiley:

    Please no. Every time people have an ability that actually works and does damage, you destroy it. You don't seem to want anyone to be able to kill anything in PvE. Very frustrating for your players when their characters get nerfed every single patch.
    Plus, werewolves needed a buff, not a nerf.
