    These random load screens that pop up when you are in the middle of fighting a raid are complete bogus. Nothing even happened to cause a load screen - Keep wasn't flagging, wasn't unflagging, and was not rezzing.. Popped up just at the right time to prevent me from pushing a keep with my own raid. Left the room for 40 minutes and still stuck in a loading screen.

    We are now on page 39 of replies and examples of long loading screens, this has been going now since NOV 17 we are now in FEB 18, we have admittedly had some sort of response of acknowledgement that a problem exist and have had some sort of a fix. However with the ongoing examples of this still occurring perhaps Zos could once again revisit this with at the very least a comment of recognition, being dc in the middle of something really is not acceptable.

    Though it seemed to have been rectified for me after the update at years end, I have experienced twice this week when trying to TP from keep to keep in cyrodiil, infinite load screens.

    Last Nights Details.

    -Xbox One
    -ESO is installed alone on an external Samsung 500GB SSD.
    -Sotha Sil Campaign was pop locked but the keep I was travelling to was not overloaded. After quitting to dashboard and relogging in, thankfully I was still in cyrodiil (usually I get ejected to last region), everything was fine the rest of the evening.

    I noticed that I can still play while the game is still "loading" as my screen resolution is off so the Ui doesn't fit the TV and I noticed I can walk around while it's still "loading"

    I'm still finding in most (but not quit all) long loading screens it correlates closely to the player population at the target location especially in Cyrodiil as the keeps tend to be player magnets.

    Did some more wayshrine and transitus jumping around and if an area is very quiet then the load time is roughly around the 25 second mark, go to busy locations and that shoots up, go somewhere like Wayrest in PvE land and its significantly longer, always.

    Processor I got is i7-3770, no SSD drive just regular SATA-III and GTX970

    I play on NA servers even though I am from Europe. I mainly get the long loading screens while either resurrecting or teleporting between keeps in Cyrodiil and sometimes when resurrecting in Battlegrounds but very rarely outside those content. However outside Cyrodiil I sometimes I get loading screen being stuck, I hear the background sounds music, npc chatter etc. But loading screen itself wont go away. This happens to me sometimes when I teleport to a wayshrine like Deshaan or when entering a group dungeon with group finder.

    It’s taking about 2 minutes to go from character selection and hitting “ENTER” to being in the 3D world looking at my character. This is with no add-ons enabled because they are all out-of-date. The goal should be to get this down to 15 seconds and anything past 30 seconds is unacceptable at any time, even after maintenance. And this is going from character to character who are all parked in the crafting area of Vivec City, so why no asset reuse from character to character to save loading times?

    Just under two minutes for this one character... again, no add-ons and I am running the latest generation iMac with i7, 40GB RAM and wicked-fast 1TB PCIe SSD...

    This is stupid ridiculous, considering that World of Warcraft gets you from character-selection screen to the 3D world in under 15 seconds.

    I ceased subscribing ages ago, shortly after the Imperial City was released, due to the terribly long load times related to a bug with character progression among other things. With several master crafters with hirelings and doing crafting writs, necessitating I jump to every character in the morning and evening, spending 20–30 minutes looking at loading screens ceased to be enjoyable and I wanted to be able to walk away from the game at any time without feeling like I was wasting money because I had paid for a subscription. Then, a month ago, I got a taste of ESO Plus at that special event and liked the crafting bag so much that I again subscribed for a month. Then, just a few days ago, I didn’t want to lose the crafting bag, so I subscribed for six months. And now this terrible game-load experience has surfaced with 17 and makes me rethink the whole subscription experience... again.

    It's always like this. The first loading screen after a patch is huge but afterwards it's generally back to normal. Has been like that for the last 5 patches I can remember at least.

    This is not just one loading screen, this is every time I log into another character, which is an issue since I have 14 of them at the moment, with a 15th on the way soon.

    It seems to be much, much worse when trying to zone into Vvardenfell or even reloading the UI within Vvardenfell.

    Vvardenfell is having the same issue for me, takes a minute or longer to load in. Haven't had the issue anywhere else so far.

    Yep. I normally do my banking and decon stuff in Vivec City, but I've fled to Rawl'kha for now because of the extra long loading screens.

    The loading screens moving between zones, houses, delves, etc. are worse in the Dragon Bones patch than in the Clockwork City patch. Whatever changes ZOS made, it certainly did not improve things on the PVE portion of the game. I have not ventured into Cyrodiil yet and I am afraid of what I will experience given how things worsened in the PVE areas.

    Processor: i7 7740X 4.3 ghz
    Zone: Happens everytime I try to log in a character, those are the longest. They are all mostly in Vvardenfell, but happens even when using wayshrines to any zone.
    I have a Samsung 960 evo as a system ssd drive and a corsair force 3 ssd for eso only.
    The random crashes when exiting the game (doesn´t hurt me, but still annoying) and crashes while running, picking stuff out of bank etc have returned.

    Most zones are ok for me but any of the dlc/chapter zones take a very long time with Vvaerdenfell being especially bad.

    Unusual long loading screens and having to drop from Ultra Graphics to Medium Graphics to keep my Video Card from crashing just to play the game from this patch is very, very disappointing.
    Far too many characters to list any more.

    Vvardenfell loading screens after the DLC update are noticeable, it takes a few minutes to load if you use wayshriens... I cannot comment for Cyrodiil since I haven't been there yet.

    PC NA server. Extremely long load screens when using Way Shrines to travel from one map to another. Thought this issue had some fixes in this new patch. Guess not.

    PC EU server. Using a wayshrine into clockwork city loading screen is so long it disconnects the game.
    Pre patch didn't have the issue.
