    Lol I’m not suspended ... from the game at least (except by the kid who is on a 6 hour CoD binge currently hogging the XBoX with his buddy). However I’ll probably be suspended from these forums for taking the unpopular side of this argument (as usual).

    How did everyone else get so triggered to where they are willing to throw people they don’t even know out of a game when they were just playing and stepped out of line? It’s not murder, it’s not ***, it’s like shoplifting maybe or speeding. Slap em with a suspension, not the death penalty.

    Do not forget we are NOT owning our accunts nor even the game, we just rent them from the owner, who provide services and accepted teir terms of usage, so they dont even have to warn others to say hey i know you explioted you will reciev prema bann. because they can do that. and saing it hase been writen in the Terms it is not our fault you were lazy to ready the whole thing. And you know what they are Legaly, and complitly right to do so. even in Law terms.[/quote]

No one died, no one was physically assaulted, no ones dog was shot. They took the risk to break the rules, they got caught, they faced the consequences. Youre wasting your breath fighting for exploiters.

    Trying to start over on this game would be just like trying to crawl out of a grave ... just admit it ... they overreacted and gave a bunch of silly kids the death penalty when all they we trying to do was have a little fun.

    anyway i can understand you try to defend your friend(s) but here is nothing you can do about it. they accepted the terms, they dont give a *** about it now they face their punishment. it dosent matter it is a pixel whole or anything. in real life if your friend break a law you would do this in the police department too?

    LOL now they are my friends? Well ok ... I like to think of people generally as friendly (except those who obviously harbor so much hate) but I digress ...

    I am just trying to stick up for what I am assuming are a bunch of kids just having fun who were way over punished and now being spit on by a bunch of holier-than-thou jerks. It’s all over a game that they obviously spent a lot of time and money on since they were even able to get where they were to do what they did.

    Suspend yes, ban no. I spanked my kids when they were bad. I didn’t kill them.

    Plus they are CUSTOMERS. This is a SERVICE.

    Being a cheater and having fun there is a huge diferency between those lines.
    the actions wanst overreacted at all.
    And i dont think a pixel whole (you mentioned) shouldn't been taking so siriusly to comper with death penalty.
    Exploiting and cheating is not fun at all, they took advantages on it while others legitly trying to climb up on the ladder.

    You have some weird obsession with kids.

    As a father of 3 I have learned that kids do messed up stuff. You talk to them first. Then light punishment. Save the harshest for last.

    Kids are great but they do make mistakes. Learn forgiveness or you’ll never be a good person.

    Theres a difference between an exploit and using an outside program to cheat in this game.. For those of you playing during the gap closing on keeps incident, do you think it was right to perma ban those players? Perma bans for a first offence is stupid. Anything after that is fair game but the problem is what zenimax considers exploits.. If one of you gets caught in a stupid exploit and gets perma banned you will be crying about it too.

    Obviously this is a much different story, and while i dont agree with exploiting purposely, all i am saying is perma bans on the first offense sets a reeall bad precedent for any stupid exploits that may come up in the future. And i have seen players perma banned in this game for some pretty stupid exploits that would be easy to think were not exploits...

    This topic is not constructive at all. It dosen't help to improove the company nor the player base in positive and constructive ways.
    And i would also like to suggest to close every thread on the forum wich contains thes following topic. It is not helping to anyone.

    Actions were taken on these matters no more furthure discussion should be needed on these matters anymore.

    Honestly though, I don’t think they care what paying customers think. I don’t even think they look at us as customers, more like replaceable cash cows.
    Well anyway, I hope they can get restored, or at least dispute all their ZOS charges as fraud for services paid for but not rendered (hint)
