That ghost in Barbaric medium armor walking around mammoth skeletons, south-east of Sjeanus. No one seems to know anything about him.
Did you mean to say 'nearby stranger'? Because why would anyone befriend a 'strangler'? lol
Basically almost every skeleton you find in the world is posed in such a way as to tell a story

Wow! That's awesome actually! Where is the best spot to look at this ancient tower?wenchmore420b14_ESO wrote: »The Direnni Tower, also known as the Adamantine Tower, Ada-mantia, Ur-Tower and Tower Zero

The Direnni Tower, also known as the Adamantine Tower, Ada-mantia, Ur-Tower and Tower Zero
I couldnt believe it when I first found this all those years ago, and still love to stop and view it....
Perhaps one day we will get to explore it!
Huzzah!
The skeletons kinda bother me, though... What's holding them together? Does connective tissue decay differently in Tamriel?

Yeah, and how the hell are they able to walk? they don't have any flesh left, but still have a brain to generate them their limbs movements.. really odd! Welcome to fantasy world

It's somehow related to ESO:Oblivion, maybe as easter egg: in one of quests you had to follow ghost to the river and remains of ship where he buried his treasure... I played it long time ago so can't really remember the detailsDid you mean to say 'nearby stranger'? Because why would anyone befriend a 'strangler'? lol
It's named strangler mob in Malabal Tor, located at Stranglewatch point of interest
My favorites are people who are in charge of monster and npc placementOther developers nerf abilities and take away fun from combat and playstyles, but watching wildlife and npcs is always fun in this game. I often feel bad to kill because of it... Poor little mudcrab - he's hungry and wants to get that fish, but his legs are too short and he can't jump
