Yeah there are definitely a lot of cool little details all throughout ESO. Kinda sucks that much of the time running quests, point A to point B, you can easily miss a lot.

There's so many i can think of, skeletons in places you can barely jump to...

the oddest thing is the community ambassadors started a contest series where you'd make a story for these skeletons found around Tamriel and then promptly forgot all about it like most of the cool ideas they have

I have no idea what it symbolizes.

In Hew's Bane, there are two skeletons entwined with each other — one is that of a human holding a sword that's plunged into the skull of a monstrous sea beast that was the process of eating him. Half the man's skeleton is inside the beast's skeleton.

That ghost in Barbaric medium armor walking around mammoth skeletons, south-east of Sjeanus. No one seems to know anything about him.

It's somehow related to ESO:Oblivion, maybe as easter egg: in one of quests you had to follow ghost to the river and remains of ship where he buried his treasure... I played it long time ago so can't really remember the details :/
Did you mean to say 'nearby stranger'? Because why would anyone befriend a 'strangler'? lol

It's named strangler mob in Malabal Tor, located at Stranglewatch point of interest :)

My favorites are people who are in charge of monster and npc placement  Other developers nerf abilities and take away fun from combat and playstyles, but watching wildlife and npcs is always fun in this game. I often feel bad to kill because of it... Poor little mudcrab - he's hungry and wants to get that fish, but his legs are too short and he can't jump :'(

2nd one is great, there is like 3 or 4 areas in cyro where you find a different loveletter together with a picknick thing for each of the woman, and you can even though it's not a quest suggest how they deal with him.

The Direnni Tower, also known as the Adamantine Tower, Ada-mantia, Ur-Tower and Tower Zero
Wow! That's awesome actually! Where is the best spot to look at this ancient tower?

I've started to collect such peculiarities myself not long ago. Here what caught my eye so far.

Creeping death somewhere in Hew's Bane.
    4Rzzc4i.jpg

Tortured to death somewhere in the Imperial City sewers.
    6XJRF0C.jpg

Two Nix-Oxes in the middle of grooming. Can't kill those, they are so cute.

    Hail the new Queen!
    fxxmQqD.jpg

    Just a sleeping guar.
    BPZkEGM.jpg

Another sleeping guar. A smaller one. So cute.
    Qjf7Dc4.jpg

Two dead musicians not far from Vos.
    HitCSmP.jpg

Amazing view of the Skyreach tower. One of my favorite spots in Craglorn.
    6iLg3yP.jpg

Statue of Azure on the southern shores of Vvardenfell, which most likely is a precursor of the same looking statue, that'll be build near Winterhold by faithful Dunmers in exodus later on.

There are a couple videos on Youtube that show people exploring the tower and island. As far as I know, the slaughterfish jump bug has since been fixed and you cannot get there anymore.

Yeah, and how the hell are they able to walk? they don't have any flesh left, but still have a brain to generate them their limbs movements.. really odd! Welcome to fantasy world :)

There is a building somewhere in AD territory that is full of monkeys, and a few dead bodies (If I remember correctly).

On another note, in my house, there is a wanted sign for an Orc... well if you go around to the side of the house, there is an Orc skelly in Bloodthorn vines...

See, there's a certain logic in them being able to walk if they're reanimated by necromancy or whatever. I enjoy my fantasy, but I want it to make at least a little bit of sense, dammit!
