Also, for pickpocketing, as a general rule NPC's will usually drop furnishings related to their profession

    examples:

    alchemist - mushrooms
    cultists - skulls
    guards - wanted posters
    outlaws - gaming dice
    fisher people - fish, rods
drunks - skooma bubbler, liquor bottles

    OMG I love you!!!

Broken Branch absolutely stinks as a pickpocket, but this inspires me... uh ... her
Tenesi Faryon of Telvanni - Dunmer Sorceress who deliberately sought sacrifice into Cold Harbor to rescue her beloved.
Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.
    ***
Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis

    Statue of azura for praying

    how to get that statue?

you cannot, not anymore. it was part of limited time azura crown store pack for 3k crowns. unfortunately, other then the statue and the red shard on the right side of the picture? the rest of the pack was very cheap and easy to aquire/craft in game daedric furnishings.

in any case - there's standing azura statue from achievement vendor that you could get instead. https://eso.mmo-fashion.com/spirit-warden-azura-statue/ its not the same, I know, but its an option.

Yeah, but it won't look like Buddha. I could have bought the vendor statue, but the seated Azura is just sooo perfect! Is the standing statue even a Mer? I can't tell. I will probably wind up buying the standing Azura at some point anyway.

If it had been 3K, I might have bought it, but it was actually 4K crowns. The only unique items were the statue with her accompanying moon and star and the book, I believe, along with the tapestries/banners. Everything else could either be crafted or earned/bought in-game (the crimson shard of moonshadow is a rare drop from the Ashlander dailies).

this. it sucks that it was so limited and it sucks that unlike vivec bundle it had very few unique items in it, relatively speaking. and yes, other options don't look like budda.

Yeah...I do have some minor regrets from not buying it because I think it's a really cool statue. But real life changes have prompted me to be more circumspect with my ESO spending. So, I couldn't justify the price for what was actually in the bundle.

But, people have created some really gorgeous gardens, etc. incorporating the statue. Thanks to Aliyavana and Dystopia2020 for sharing!

I so regret not getting Tel Galen, I just couldn't afford it, so when I saw this I bought it because I love the Asian feel of the statue.

I was fortunate to be able to afford Tel Galen and I've been very happy with it. I was pretty confident that I wouldn't buy it when I first saw it on PTS, 'cuz it looks nothing like the Telvanni towers in the original MW. But, after playing the new MW, the towers kinda grew on me, and when I toured Tel Galen furnished, it just looked so cozy.

Plus all the furniture, aside from a few common items like sacks and barrels, is the new MW furniture. There was a mix of the other houses along with Telvanni, but none if it was Dark Elf or other filler (like Amaya Lake Lodge). And, I've slowly been replacing some of the other house furniture with Telvanni and then taking those pieces to help fill in gaps in Ald Velothi and Lake Amaya.

Not sure what to do with the outside, yet, as it's a lot of uneven space. But, it has a really nice dock area.

oh, forgot to mention. if you pretend that you have piping hidden inside the walls (kinda like it is in RL) you can hide redguard keg inside the wall until only the spout shows and voila! you have a faucet for a sink :) I have also tried it with regular keg, but because of the way its designed, you will end up with a wooden circle if you want your faucet to be fully visible. so it has to be redguard keg, which is unfortunate, as I would love to have an option of a brass faucet.

example image bellow (sorry about the giant link, I'm having some issues with google albums) - because of the configuration of the house, I was able to hide part of the mirror within the existing wall, but using stone building blocks or possibly certain tiles can also work well.

If you don't mind the look - those dwarven caps can be fitted over the keg and you won't see the wood. It actually looks really classy and matches the spout perfectly... ^_^

Yah, not having appropiate stairs is really nasty.

But one can use several other items to build alternative pathways which don't use up that many items. Below some examples what I used...

    ruLvfDy.jpg

The 2 examples above are build with Nord dividers, folding, which are craftable.
The 3rd is an argonian scaleskin. Those are craftable too and come in 3 different designs to choose from.
The last one is the Wood elf union trellis, buyable in Vulkvasten, which was mentioned before as good item to build naturally grown paths.

We need stairs! While I really love the creativity of players coming up with alternatives to save slots, they aren't really all that practical and can look a little odd at times.

well I saw some merchants selling tombstones for gold, maybe you can use the real ones, they are not so expensive.
I can check in the game in few minutes if you want to know which merchants.

I have not seen any stones suitable for that yet, but I am sure there are some.

I've seen a few homes where people use these, but unfortunately there's an altar at the top. How does it work if you want to stack them? I guess you have an altar every few steps, so you can pray or offer sacrifices on your way to the top? :D

EDIT: Plus 14 frames each? Ouch! I've only amassed a total of 50 since the motif was first introduced on PC. And, I've used some to make a few of the Dwarven pots/urns for decorating one of my built-in shelves in Ald Velothi (since it's situated near both a Daedric and a Dwemer ruin, I thought it fitting to add a few "relics" I've picked up from my adventures.
