I am hating it, because...

I love PvP (for the most part at least), but this event really seems like a random brain fart from some guy working in the corner of Zeni's office.

Why would we have an event that draws a ton of people into PvP... when the servers often can't even handle the normal amount of players in cyrodiil.

All technical server issues aside its been a ton of fun so far. Made about a million AP just wish I could get those reward boxes instead of the normal rewards of the worthy gear. They actually have useful items in them unlike the awful set items that take up valuable inventory space.

@Stovahkiin That is the question of the hour currently. Lol. 400+ queues in the late hours of the night. It's ridiculous.

I was loving it but had to leave Friday-Monday for work so I'm missing a big chunk of it. Was working fine for me when it started.

So far my experience has been:

15% queueing
5% getting ganked
10% lagged to oblivion, spam buttons and hope for the best
80% loading screens

All I want is the damn achieves on 1 character so I can get the title/crown (come Monday) and leave the laggy hell pit. But those load screens are killing me. 5-10 mins every single damn time I have to res/port anywhere. Relogging will only boot me out causing another 3+ hour wait.

I at least had some fun doing the PVE events. I can honestly say this one hasn't been fun for me at all. Makes me sad.

I am loving it, because...

... I am finally trying out PvP for once and it's actually pretty fun and hectic, though with the event I assume Cyrodiil is even more laggy than usual. My FPS is usually 20-30 too which kinda sucks.

I do have to roll in a zerg though as I usually die within a second to good players. My gear is awful for PvP, even so I die so fast sometimes it's crazy.

This really was a downer for me. As is I don't want to be there (for the most part) in Cyrodiil. But since I want the title, I figured I'd just buckle up for the incredibly bumpy and displeasing ride. Come to find out later on that no monster pieces were listed by the golden, and felt dramatically less driven to participate in the event.

I know. Think I'm getting 10% of someone else's load screens, only one affected in my group.

Ever since they added the new PvP campaigns I'm finding myself enjoying it. Mainly because I'm not qued 613 and can get into the game and actually play it. The rewards from the boxes are pretty good too!

I stayed away on Day 1, which was a great idea because they had problems with lag and crashing.
But on Day 2 I joined one of the lesser-populated campaigns and had no lag or crashing problems. Had a great time. Successfully defended a keep once, then got massacred when the Dominion decided to attack it a second time. LOL.

because of the 10 minute loading screens so you better hope you do not die, and the achievement for battlegrounds is bugged. plus side is the free 2000 thrones I have that having nothing to do with pvp

I die a lot in PvP, but I have a ton of fun doing it! I'm decent at defense, getting better at offense. One question, though, wth kind of glitch in the matrix is this!?!?, lol. I got hit with a cold fire siege (I think) about an hour ago and I'm still on fire. I mean, I kind of like it and it's not sapping health or anything, but it's just weird. Sorta don't want it to go away, lol.

**Tried putting a pic, but it's not showing up. Basically, I'm STILL on fire and it's blue...

No performance issues here 120 pingdown to 25fps when busy. Hypocritical scrubs should get a non-ghetto connection and a proper rig.

As for consoles -
