    I like a lot of what I see, especially the buffs to mundus stones and weapon trait and proc set revision. Although, when I heard you guys were changing proc sets and buffing some, I was hoping you would buff the crappy ones from Imperial City DLC. (Sheer Venom and Overwhelming) I farmed 4 days in ICP for sheer venom, and when I finally got all my pieces and tested it, I took it off almost immediately. So underpowered. I see viper is now a dot, I hope it doesn't become a joke like sheer venom.

    I'm a bit worried about having to re-grind my gear, but we'll have to see how much the trait balancing changed things.

    I think these changes are great. Trait rebalancing was much needed as farming PVE content for literally 1 viable trait was ridiculous and time consuming. Also the proc changes are great... I love that there is counterplay against these now. Each patch was requiring less and less skill to do well (especially Morrowind) but it seems like you are taking a step in the right direction. However, there are a few things that still need to be changed. Mainly the fact that these drastic changes happen so suddenly.

    1. Each one of your updates has been game changing, creating a new Meta and making old gear/builds useless. Especially for pvpers. I am mostly a pvp player and farming gear in the right traits and making them gold to be as competitive as possible is very expensive and time consuming. After this process is done I can have a decent pvp or dueling experience... for a month or so. After that the game has changed so much that my build isn't really viable anymore. This is very discouraging and annoying, not to mention class changes on top of this which make me have to drastically change my Playstyle. Obviously some of these changes are needed but it's very inconvenient to deal with and I'm sure many people would agree. I think you should incorporate more ways to cope with drastic changes. One way is to make these changes more gradual... not just every few months.. however this way not be realistic since a lot of work would be required to update the game frequently. Another option is to change the drop rates on items you know will be desirable (turn having to run maelstrom 300+ times to a much more tolerable number) or introduce a token or trait exchange system. That way when traits are changed it won't take an eternity to get BIS gear. On top of one of these changes I would suggest keeping changes to class defining skills and passives to a minimum, unlike you did in Morrowind.


    2. Raise the skill floor a little bit more please. Morrowind did the total opposite of this and I honestly think some changes need to be reverted. The proc changes are a step in the right direction but there's still work to be done. Currently on live you can hit 35k+ DPS by holding right trigger (im on Xbox) for 75% of the time with a heavy attack build. This is not skillful gameplay at all... not to mention in pvp you can outsustain medium or light armor users in a heavy armor build centered around heavy attacks. This is of course a side effect from the over the top sustain nerfs. I think that the morrowind CP changes were good, but I think you should have added to the reduce cost percentage passives of light and medium armor instead of lowering them. I also think that some of the class sustaining passives that were nerfed should be reverted, or the magnitude at which they were nerfed should be reduced. Instead make sustain still a challenge, but center it around light attack weaving which is considerably harder than heavy attack builds.

    With these changes I think the game would be near perfect

    Suck they nerfed Health Recovery Builds but oh well.

    That Red Mountain change is just the dumbest... something... I want to set people on fire with my weapons, not spawn a volcano. That is just idiotic. I do not want this change. Seriously, who designs this? I am a Dunmer warrior, I don't poop volcanoes.

    Make it a cool fire cone eminating from my weapon or something damaging the first target it hits. Come on.

    I approve of damn there everything here. But Sharpened should not go down that much, that amount seems all too low. You already wrecked our sustain and now you are hurting our damage too. Move sharpened and defending too 3k or 4k

    Or, you could invest 36 CP points into Penetration or Spell Erosion to offset the change, problem solved. But for the rest of the people that don't run Sharpened or don't want to feel forced to run Sharpened, this was an improvement.

    They could definately have thought of something a whoooooooooole lot less stupid looking. Nor are those other sets options for me, one does not come with jewelry and the other drops in heavy. I do not mind the damage being avoidable in PvP, but spawning volcanoes at random? On a stam set? I can't even wrap my head around how anyone could come up with something so stupid.

    • Certain Servants in Hew’s Bane were carrying items associated with Addicts. They’ve kicked the habit, and no longer carry these items.

    Can you clarify if this is just the items or if it extends to the furniture plan as well? Are there going to be any other ways to get these?

    Lots of good changes for over- and under-performing monster sets, but where is the love for Iceheart? Would like to have seen a damage buff like some of the other under-performing sets to help out ice warden builds in PvE.

    You should Support the group find tool in PvP, no one use it, just all in the chat saying LFG, you should make a little buff when you or your group are using that tool, like 3 % more XP and AP, or something like that, that motivate the pro people in PvP to get that bonus, just cause the grooping tool is usless, but it could be much better, sorry for bad english.

    • The Lover: Now grants 2752 Physical and Spell Penetration instead of granting Spell Resistance.

    There seems to be something wrong with this mundus stone, since a friend and I both picked it up, but while I get 2752, he gets 4059.

    Can anyone explain how to do this ... Only thing I can deposit apart from gold is Tel Var stones .. no option for Writ Vouchers or Alliance points.

    Having read through the full patch, I can say that I'm definitely liking most of it. In specific, I welcome the radius buff to Lord Warden and CDR to Swarm Mother. I also really like most of the Mundus and Trait changes. Most... I dislike the nerf to Defending. I understand the reasons though so it doesn't hurt too much. Though if I may chime in on a couple of issues. Farming the Wrothgar world sets is nightmare enough, and I welcome the addition of the rest of the traits to the set but running into Arcane Briarheart Jewelry is kinda annoying. Can you standardize the Jewelry like the rest of the sets in the game? Also, if your goal with this set is to encourage diversity in builds, I think it's about time that you allow two handed weapons such as Great Swords, Staves, and Bows to count as a two pieces. It makes building for around it kinda annoying. Healers, or at least alot of them even forgo Monster Masks period so that they can always have two five piece sets. Making Staves two piece would also (and I phrase this loosely) make Ice Staff Tanks viable. And my final request is a single line change to the Ice Furnace set. Can you please change the Weapon Damage line to Spell Damage... Please? It's less of a balance thing and more of a "I'm tired of seeing it, it's out of place" OCD nerve.

    Hello, @ZOS_GinaBruno @Wrobel @ZOS_JessicaFolsom. Nice changes and nice patch!! But we have a little problem here, easy to be fix:
    You will reduce the defending bonus to 2752, it is ok and it is nice, but you must remember that now the ice staff is equal to one handed and shield for magicka players.

    So with shield expert and one handed defending: 3010+1376 = 4386 of resistance.

    ice staff: 2752 of resistance (defending trait)

    its a big diference for the same goal.
    I propose to change shield expert to defense expert and add:

    While you have an ice staff equipped you gain 2115 of resistance ( the total is like an one handed and shield reinforced).

    Fix it, it is very important for ice staff users.
