I didnt see so far how it is better than wrothgar?

In the end this "chapter" is a dlc, as dlc means downloadable content. Calling a Coke a cola doesn't mean it is no longer a Coke.
It does if you are a factually challenged apologist because when anyone questions your purchasing decisions it causes uncomfortable cognitive dissonance so you have to plug your ears and go "LALALALA THIS IS EXPANSION!!!1!! MORONWIND IS A MASTERPIECE!"
Also, and its sad to admit, but people are used to game companies being shady, releasing Day 1 DLC, and routinely reducing the amount of value they provide while increasing the price.
The game industry is one of the LEAST regulated industries and it now is a larger industry than film and music. Vegas casinos have their games regulated but video games can participate in unregulated gambling. Other industries have external quality standards imposed on them like ISO but the video games industry can flat out launch beta quality work and get away with it.
Anyone who defends this industry, its poor quality, abysmal customer service, and deceptive marketing strategies, and flat out unethical behavior, must at some fundamental level realize how low the bar is.
Pick any other service or entertainment you pay for and ask yourselves if you would ever tolerate this level of quality and business ethics.
So why do you tolerate it for video games?
