Please name one MMO expansion with a single new character in the history of MMO's where that new class was not OP. I've just never ever seen that happen and I've played most of the AAA MMO's. It's possible but where do you base your opinion from?
And Imperial is not a class. IQ FTW.
FFXIV: Heavensward introduced Dark Knight, Astrologian, and Machinist. They were not OP. In fact, alot of players thought they were weak.

BlueViolet✭✭✭✭✭I think it's a bad idea to stick classes behind a paywall so to speak, but I don't think it's p2w. As far as I know, it hasn't been billed to be any more powerful ( purposely ) than any of the other classes, or intentionally been given any abilities that overshadow everything else available to other classes, to extremes.

A new class is being added with an expansion. The expansion costs money. People don't want to pay money.

datgladiatah✭✭✭Ice isn't going to be very strong offensively, as much as they may try to give dps options in the line. The ice staff by it's very nature is going to be a tank line. I doubt that'll work well in pvp.0 -

just look back at the other DLC's, there is one thing they all had in common: Base Patches.
When Imperial city came out: Base patch included.
When Orsinium Came out: Base patch included as well.
Thieves guild: Base Patch.
Dark Brotherhood: B-b-b-base patch.
What's not to be predictable, If a new chapter is coming, I can say with all my thought that there will most definitely be a base patch along with it which, like all others before it, is completely free.
& think reeaaal hard, is the warden gonna be part of the base patch? we will just have to wait & see, won't we...

✭✭✭✭✭Idk, judging from the varied skill lines and the fact that the bear scales off of stamina there are going to be some very, very powerful builds most likely using draugr hulk or bone pirates or both, and I think that yes its going to be OP. What I worry most about is that Warden class will be the only viable Stamina class instead of rebalancing for all Stam users. You're talking about a character with a massive stam pool, undodgeable ranged attacks, burst heals as well as hots, the most powerful pet in the game and we already know that pet builds are in right now, and a range of skills types not really matched by the original classes. Stam DKs are going to look downright archaic next to the Warden class. Essentially Warden will become what DKs should be.Edited by Vapirko on April 11, 2017 9:44AM0 -

Strongest Mag race = Altmer
There is no strongest class & combo
MagSorc does excellent leaderboards stats, but so do stam NB's and even StamSorcs.
Magplars can also dish out a ton of damage not just sorcs & DK's...
Magblades are also still dishing out excellent damage.

If not the class it self add a massive buff that cannot be obtain by others then no its not p2w, this is just a new class that needs to be mastered.
Will it be OP from beginning, not sure it might, it is also is highly likely that it will "nerfed" if it adds to current game in a way that cannot be foreseen.

Saturnana✭✭✭✭✭If Warden is P2W, then so is the Imperial Race, the Any-Race-Any-Alliance boon, all weapon/armour sets only available in the current DLC areas, not to forget the dungeons, trials, etc.. So no. Warden is not P2W. P2W means that you gain an unfair advantage over non-paying players, which is not the case here. Warden isn't better than other classes, just different.@Saturnna | PC / EU

Have to disappoint you. It was already stated by ZOS that you have to buy Morrowind to access warden. It is not a part of base game patch.0 -
