VMA UNABLE TO GET FLAWLESS DUE TO DISCONNECTS

This is absolutely unacceptable. With the time,effort,energy,luck,and gold or (real money), that it takes to complete this arena especially with no deaths. Just to get lagged out after fighting round for round through intense lag and crap rng mechanics, to pop back in fight some more not die make to get to the end with 15/15 and not be rewarded with neither this hard well deserved title nor reasonable loot. Not to go too much off topic but really a powered bow? Where is this ( smart loot) that was mentioned?

Anyways though, like seriously I know im not the only one with this issue. This content has been out for a year, why is it not fixed yet?
Before anyone replies with, oh you just have crap internet, or just shup up and suck it up. For one I've got great internet I pay good money for my non mcdys wifi just as I spend good money on this game. I always dc at the end of the ice arena it never fails. No one should be penalized for a disconnect PERIOD:

I had the same problem twice. Once I got a skill bug from my VO set and died eventually because I cant use any skills. The second time I got a disconnect like u did. and guess what the 3rd try i got my flawless.
So u can be that guy who complaints on the forum everytime something doesnt work out or try another time with 100% concentration.
On the other hand, if u always dc at the end of ice arena thats a problem that u should write a ticket to ZOS because i never had any dc on particular rounds. It's either ping spikes or just some random dc from servers from time to time.

I have terrible internet and never disconnected from vMA.

Plenty of lag and dying to AoE's I'm outside of or attacks I clearly dodged.

Don't pick up the quest. Even if you get booted it should prevent the bug where you don't get the title. It's a stupid bug for sure, but they don't really care. Support will just say you did it once go do it again.

Well excuse me sir, but this was not my first flawless run nor will it be my last im sure. However and please do not take this as I'm trying to demean you as I do appreciate your feedback, but its that oh you shouldnt complain when things don't work out mindset that has companies like if its not (completely broke lets not fix it.) I 'm sorry but this game is a product that was purchased, just as this particular dlc aforementioned was purchased. I, that girl btw, have every right as a consumer to complain when something I purchased is definitely not ( working as intended) it really is not that hard nor should it be too much of a hassle for eso to implement a save feature where as long as you dont die in the arena and maintain 15/15 it shouldnt stop you from obtaining the title

lol well lucky you, but yea even with the disconnects aside the lag spikes and the npcs animation cancels is absurd

Feel bad for ya OP but wifi is absolutely horrific for online gaming, BF1, CoD, ESO, it does not matter.

Get a cabled connection, wifi drops packets a lot and introduces high latency, I have never dropped connection on ice stage personally.

Try a cabled connection and optimise your bandwidth then try again, hopefully you will manage.

And please entertain me ny telling me how disconnecting from vma and being able to return to the arena with no deaths and still get the title be in any way shape or form abusive.

Hehe well I do, and no worries.

| get your frustration, and there are a lot of stupid lags and stuff that happens in VmA which should not happen due to it being a solo instance.

Maybe other thingies are hogging your bandwidth at critical stages, you tube running, or other people in house playing stuff when you are on hehe.

no sir, no one touches MY INTERNET. MY XBOX. MY FOOD (Lol jk about the food) not even my mom or my kids its MINE. well least not while im doing a vma run. I never have other apps running in background either so idk but i know its not on my end when its always the same darn round ALWAYS. Most certainly being the type of woman I am, I could chalk it up to being on my end if I got lagged out on random stages but to go full force black out as im getting ready to step into the next stage from the same stage i dc at all the time. Nope not on me.

I feel you OP. I would've had a lot of flawless runs, but my WiFi connection here is awful and regularly disconnects, especially in vma, somehow. So the best I got out of 40 runs is 14/15.... Really hate it because I know I would've had it without the disconnects.

We have all been there, just keep doing runs until you don't crash, probably took me 100+ Flawless runs before I got the title.
And a few days ago I got it on anothe alt without even noticing until the end where it popped up.

Just keep trying, you will surely get it before you get your desired weapon anyway.

Not just blue screens or disconnects.... what killed it for me for a dozen runs or so was the game freezing and/or my bar not switching... just running around casting a random skill... and sometimes i'm stuck in a 10 second long heavy attack.

eventually i got lucky enough to get around the lag and the run went just fine.... but its rare to just work like that.

if u clear with 15/15 lives left and dont get the title, just write a ticket they will unlock it for you a few hour later. friend of mine got it unlocked by zos after writing a ticket.

Just wrote a ticket for my sorc char, let's see what happens. I had dcs in my no death runs though, so don't know if they will do it.

Lol there's no way that would work.

If you shut down your PC or hell even alt-f4, there's still at least 2 seconds in which your character is logged in physically. You will die. Not even counting in human response time as you have to register the fact that you're dying, accepted the fact that you are dying, and then quickly turning off your pc?

I've tried submitting tickets on this issue as well, all I got was "do it again, we can't add titles or anything like that".

im sorry about your wifi. every1 deserves good internet connection. but on another note my disconnects dont register as a death i log back into the ice arena go into the next stage and finish with 15/15 i do not understand it at all

ty dp i will keep trying as I am no quitter. the way it looks you might be right. I have a better chance at getting flawless before and If I ever get a shapened inferno or an axe

maybe just maybe Mrs.@ZOS_GinaBruno can help me understand as to why although i disconnect it does not register as a death, I complete vma 15/15 and still do not get awarded the title?

Oh I agree 100%. If it makes you feel any better I finally made it to the final boss with no dashboarding and because my hands were shaking so bad and my brain was racing and frozen all at once, I died when he was at 30k left . But yes give the no quest thing a shot! I mean it's not like it gives anything anyways really lol.

Progress for sure because I have yet to be dashboarded since the maintenance. The lag on the other hand is out of this world; I'm constantly flying across the arena and doing that thing where it obviously is frozen but I can still move. So when it happens it's a tossup if me mashing my shield button will save me when it unfreezes or not. But no worries about flawless, at least this past time it was 100% my fault lol.
