The guardian should look and act like Aunt Esther from ‘Sandford and Son’ and chase down any would be thief for up to 40 meters, 15 seconds, or 2000K damage with her 150 damage per hit purse bash, whichever comes first.

Yup, I feel you there Rylana.
The majority of the folks i ran with back in circa 2014 all left the game as well. The game was so full of life back then, perhaps im looking at it with rose colored glasses.
I think the game itself is starting to recover though, there are some very good up and comers in Cyrodiil now, I have seen quite a few AD and EP below the 531 cap that are showing promise and are shaping up to be very good players, I have also noticed more and more times that folks are not responding to resource or town takes with some 30-40 people to kill 3-4 people as often as they used to. things are starting to come around, and if it continues there is going to be a lot of good solid quality action in Cyrodiil. Im hopeful for the future.
