Sorry if you want Maelstrom weapons, you'll need to complete the Maelstrom arena and have RNG decide your fate. There are seasoned PVErs that still struggle or dedicate so much time to getting what they want from the arena. It is a slap in the face to the large amount of PVPers that spent a long damn time to learn the arena and grind it to the point of madness, to gain the weapons they wanted. ( fyi, I am not one of those )

There shouldn't really be a purchase of direct items, it has to be bagged similarly to existing products. The Golden can be excused, because it just sells Maw every week ( Not even Maw would wear Maw )

I'd buy a Wheeler trucker hat from the crown store though.

Lemme buy gold mats so I can bathe in their splendour. I don't like the idea of buying VMA weapons, but do think that PVP-oriented 'master' type ones that are not part of a set are a great idea. I really miss getting Master Weapons at EOC rewards, even if I never got that destro staff I slaved towards.

Temper boxes, PvP master/maelstrom weapons (a separate, new item entirely). Dunno if this is being done, but go ahead and just add all the undaunted sets to the merchant in random RNG boxes since drops in dungeons are going to be guaranteed. If shoulders are still daily then just rotate shoulders daily with maybe 3 options each day to account for the increase in number of sets. I don't see why a PvP player should have to wait an entire week(for just a chance) for what could be done in an hour by someone on the other side of the spectrum. My Queen would want her soldiers to have the best equipment. Boom immersion ruined unless you do it.

On an unrelated note why don't we get some sets associated with Cyrodiil delves/overland that provide an impact specifically in PvP?

For AP in BWB I'd like to buy either a consumable that takes my horse up to a usable 30-40 speed for say an hour or be able to hire a horse with say 30 speed 20 stam. Obviously higher numbers would be better but speed less than 30 is painful even with rapids so that's my personal baseline.

The slow speed of mounts in cyrodil must put off new players to the game given they'll typically die more and spend more time on riding simulator.

vMA weapons are already a slap in the face to PVP enthusiasts who must compete against an advantage obtained only through a crazy PVE grind of a single player instance.

IMO, vMA weapons should have a PVP acquisition path for characters that have completed vMA at least once.

When I began playing ESO, there was a sense that both the PVE and PVP playerbases would be treated with equal respect. That diehard PVP players must constantly compete against a PVE gear gap is not respectful. Few enthusiasts of open world, large scale RvR want to grind a single player instance.

At least in the case of PVE players, small scale instances are what they signed up for.

I wish PVP players had a true advocate within ZOS management.

Better still would be a consumable that makes your mount bloated and prone to fart. While bloated you could activate the "fart" synergy to poison enemy players within 8m and make them take 1000 poison damage each second for 5s. Sneaking players take 50% more poison damage and they are prevented from going in stealth for 10s. Farts are denser than average air density so they sink and stay close to the ground. Thus a sneaking player will breathe in more of the noxious gases

The best weapons in an mmo shouldnt be hidden behind solo content. If those weapons dont drop somewhere else they should be sold on the ap vendor. If not then the AP vendor needs to go away so all have to do the content where the items drop.

It would be a bit iffy though, because the weapons come via a DLC.

TBH dear wheeler, we work pretty hard for our AP and many pvpers dont like to do pve, at all, myself included, if we got the chance....the chance to get stuff like master weapons etc from the ap vendor, that would be awesomesauce.
