Just wondering how you can have 'unforseen technical issues' week in week out.

Get your staging environments more in line with prod and/or fix the deployment process - Something is seriously wrong if this is happening regularly with such small patches

I hope that whatever issues keep popping up, you're working on fixing and not just working around/bandaging. I feel for the Europeans. I wanted to play this afternoon since I'm busy in the evening... oh well. And all this over a <100MB patch, too. ):

Some people are easy marks. They'll let anyone walk all over them. Just from a PR stand point, being nice and sharing information would go so much further to calm the forum. A lot more than a "Thanks for your patience".

your missing a huge point. we not mad about it being 1 week, it has been time after time. we are getting tired of every week not being able to play much on mondays because the servers are down 7+ hours.

It's the same **** over and over again. EU players are getting bashed by NA players when complaining about the maintenance times. We even got suggestion (get to school, work or do something else). I'm fine with that if its during the day. But its almost 19:30 over here. The servers are planned to be back up at 22:00 CEST(my timezone) which is probably the time where most people will log off because they have to wake up early tommorow for work/school/whatever.

But its fine, I get it. You (NA based players) don't have the problem because when the servers are getting back up its 2/3 hours till primetime, people are still working but we (EU based players) can't play the game today at all(at least most players).

It would be nice if the maintenance for EU could start a few hours earlier so that in case of a delayed maintance people can still actually play the game.

Very much to the point for us EU players.

We had maintenance times that were suitable for EU players but ZOS decided to shif the times to make it quite inconvenient for all of us over here...

12 hour maintenance again? Are there like two people doing the entire maintenance? Is the outstanding issue that workers are calling out sick? I mean come on, 12 hours for maintenance and a 96mb patch?

So we can expect 12 hours maintenance at least and longer is possible.
I am actually afraid, that at some point, they will mess up completely and delete or loose all our game progression and we have to start all over again For all we know, that could happen.

think zos should from now on give 125 crowns to every active player (logged in the last 7 days) and additional 125 crowns to every subbed player for every hour of maintenance as compensation.bet that would get zos to not do 12 hour maintenance's every week.

Agree with many posters about this, the manner in which they communicate is very "this is what is happening, we don't owe you any more of an explanation than that".

I also will not be paying via subs or any more crown store purchases when it runs out. Its not hard to treat customers well, I know this as I work in sales. Even when things go wrong there is right way to go about it. Seems the staff of this company don't quite get it.

Not to mention my annoyance at two automated replies over the course of two days on a support ticket I raised about constant crashing. Coincidentally the same "pure virtual function call" that has been prevalent with no resolution from staff since 2014 (from looking at the forums).

Yes, when did this change to the current poor timing? In the beginning the EU maintenance was at a crap time, and ZOS said, "we've listened to the EU community and moved the EU window to a time that is less intrusive for them".

What have they said now, "we've arbitrarily decided to stop listening to the EU community and go back to the model they hated in the first place?"

I helped beta test this, unsubbed just before the champion points change took effect, not because of the game but because the company. I resubbed for a month yesterday. hoping things here have changed..... well hmm can I have my money back?

I mean seriously, they do have a test server right? Do they actually test anything on it? Do they test the update patch to it? How does their update process work. They still have some serious problems.

The problem is not that the maintenance has been extended, the problem is that you changed the European maintenance time some time ago from 02:00-03:00 am to 10 am.
So instead of doing it during the night you decided to move it to daytime (like you have a really stable system and that your maintenances are fast and without problems), so when you have problems like today it means we have the whole day without being able to play. If you would keep the old times, it just meant we were not able to play during the morning if such a 10h-12h maintenance, but yes it does means problably having 2 teams...

For me this means you need to give a compensation this is just ridiculous, the feeling I have is that the company doesn´t have enough resources to manage a game like this.
