Programming and networking are a lot harder than spelling and grammar. Read your own post and think about that for a second.
These guys still don't get it XD
I'm just astounded at the amount of people that still whine about these maintenances when they've been happening like this for years.
People still plan their time around ESO on Monday? You think they would be working, going to school, tidying up, playing another game during downtime on Monday.
But alas, let's all keep planning our time off on patch days when we all already know there is a chance downtime could be extended at any moment.
Bravo children, bravo.

So is my housework, because I'm an impeccable housekeeper and I clean as I go along. There's no mess to worry about, because I never allow one to accumulate.
I've earned my "me" time. I guess I'll have to find another digital outlet to fill it with.
Can anyone recommend a product similar to this one with more than substandard quality control and better feedback from its producers?

Take a moment, look at the rest of the comment. Eltrys Wolfszahn. Ruf der Dämmerung. This person is probably German, so I sincerely doubt English is his/her first (or even their 2nd or 3rd) language. Not everyone lives where you live or speaks the same language you do. Unless you're planning to launch a "Make Tamriel Great Again" campaign, you have to accept it.

Outstanding issue... You, ZOS in general, not specifically you Jessica, don't have a clue what the problem is.ZOS_JessicaFolsom wrote: »We're still working on the outstanding issue (...)

The problem is not that the maintenance has been extended, the problem is that you changed the European maintenance time some time ago from 02:00-03:00 am to 10 am.
So instead of doing it during the night you decided to move it to daytime (like you have a really stable system and that your maintenances are fast and without problems), so when you have problems like today it means we have the whole day without being able to play. If you would keep the old times, it just meant we were not able to play during the morning if such a 10h-12h maintenance, but yes it does means problably having 2 teams...
For me this means you need to give a compensation this is just ridiculous, the feeling I have is that the company doesn´t have enough resources to manage a game like this.

Indeed. English is not @ShalidorsHeir mother language.
He probably learned english in school and the rest he knows, is from online chats.
And I can tell you, english at german schools is..... not very profound. Because I'm german too. You learn some basics, but it's not enough to travel to the USA afterwards and live a carefree life. I learned 80% of my english on Xbox Live, Facebook and with google translator
It's actually interesting you mention that.Rollback anyone?
