Buffs and Debuffs a Full List UPDATED FOR MURKMIRE!

Was looking through threads I have posted in before and noticed that I missed adding a armor set that gives Major Defile, thanks to @geonsocal for pointing it out, have added it in to the list. Always want to keep this updated as best as we can.

The set btw was Crest of Cyrodiil, must have missed this for some reason.

Is disease status effect minor or major defile? While I would love for it to be both, I believe either @paulsimonps or @Alcast has maybe outdated information or put in the wrong section

It is Major Defile . Wrobel mentioned it some time ago in a thread , in Bug Reports section . He also mentioned other stuff too but I think Alcast updated his website accordingly so the website should give the correct info . @Tasear Like Lifoa put there, it is indeed Major Defile. It was broken for sometime and didn't work, and as well I had been told by others that it was Minor as well which is why I asked around in those threads. Turned out that that was never the case and its always been Major. The help section is still out of date last time I looked though..... it was promised to be updated and its such a small thing and yet it hasn't made its way to an incremental..... Cause people keep using that as a source of knowledge and fact and so the issue keeps getting brought up cause if its outdated facts.

Do you know if they updated the tooltip for this armor set to say "Minor Vunerability"? You could probably list it under the debuff:

Yup, that was one I missed, it is indeed minor vulnerability in game on live. Will update.

"Minor Mending:
Nightblade Siphoning Ability: Healthy Offering (Morph of Malevolent Offering)"

If there was anything else that I missed please let me know, I really only found this one new thing. Also cool with 32k views on this, guess people really like. Help me keep it up to date if you see anything wrong.

Livewire does apply concussion and concussion is technically Minor vulnerability but I have put down "Secondary Damage Type Effect: Shock" in the list of things that supply Minor Vulnerability, if I were to add every source of Concussion to it as well then I would have to add a lot more and do the same for Major Defile and Poison, not something I am wanting to do right now.

As well it is very important to distinguish between the two, Concussion and Minor Vulnerability, cause while one can not be immune to Minor Vulnerability, one can be immune to Concussion. Damage Shields, and shock resistance will make you immune to concussion and in turn that source of Minor Vulnerability, but it does not prevent you from being applied Minor Vulnerability from other sources.

Under Minor Magickasteal I found two issues:
1. Radiant Aura is listed twice.
2. Noble's Conquest set is incorrectly listed as a source; that set applies Minor Vulnerability, not Minor Magicka Steal.

Thanks for the catch, not sure how that ended up being a thing.

Anyway fixed that and also updated the list with the changes listed on the Patch notes. If anyone noticed something else missing or wrong please comment so we can all help keep the list up to date.

Maybe a footnote, Werewolf claws of anguish does affect healing regeneration. Was not updated when other defiles were.

Obviously it was suppose to be Berserk, changed it now, but no need for passive aggression. It did state the effect and sources so no way you didn't realize it was just a spelling error. Anyway, fix, now properly says Berserk with an R.

As far as I know there is no such thing as a debuff for healing done that we can apply. Not sure there is one that NPCs can apply to us, if there is its not a major minor debuff.

Though the idea is pretty cool and would be interesting to use in PvP against certain hard to kill healer builds. Its one thing lowering healing received on certain people in an enemy group and an entirely different thing debuffing the healers max healing power.

Can you add the Major courage buff you get now from Spell power cure and one of the new raid sets from summerset?
Also I think they changed a few sets, where you also get a named buff now instead of the actual additive buff

Finally got around to updating this list as requested, hope I didn't miss anything from the patch notes, I went through them all as best I could, PTS and Live notes. If you see something wrong let me know and I will fix or add it.

Btw the new pisjic abilities channelled acceleration and its base form/other morph gives minor force I noticed wasnt added yet

Thanks, must have slipped by me to add the psijic stuff since its major and minor effects were not in the patch notes....

Deliberation's Major Protection and Acceleration's Minor Force and Major Expedition has been added.

That comment was done in August 2016, it was later changed to what it is now with 100% chance on damage, 10s duration and 1s cooldown.

Disease's Secondary Effect, Major Defile, lasts for 4 seconds on activation. Remember though that the enchantment only has a base 20% chance of activating the Disease Secondary Effect.
