What do you know, Blizzard is on top their business and chewing up cheaters/exploiters/hackers/etc. and spitting them out yet again... And Blizzard isn't even afraid in the slightest to let the public know their feelings toward them, and posts numbers to back-up their claims toward dislike cheaters...
But let enough threads pop-up about complaints of malicious cheaters and hackers ruining the game... Admins and mods will swarm you and shut your threads for supposedly "naming-n'-shaming", all while serving you with warnings for breaking the community's rules... Even suspending forum accounts for it, if you provoke them enough. Please ask me how I know. Seriously. Ask me how I know...
I feel really appreciated and valued as a customer by Zenimax, and especially their forum staff... I really feel welcomed here...

@arth-grogalith 2 or 3 of my threads got shut down within 24hrs., including a harmless thread that I made that spoke lightly of the situation in lorebook form. It was made to ease the tensions, and give something for people to chuckle at. And it appeared be liked strongly by those who read it, but nonetheless was merked by the staff here. They burned my book, and forbid me to make anymore of them. I'll post you a link to it at the bottom of this post.
As for the later claim of my statement, I got punished heavily (forum-wise) for something petty. It was really because I was being too outspoken against ZOS I believe. I think it's against the forum rules to go into detail about actions taken against you by staff, so I can't get into it unfortunately. As I don't wanna be served with yet another warning or form of punishment.

It's easier to bury a topic when its consolidated in one thread...
There is almost 25 pages on this topic and is constantly on the front page since I made it, I don't think it's getting buried anytime soon unless they release that statement. The OP says whyarth-grogalith wrote: »AnnieBeGood wrote: »

So to you ZOS, I hope you are doing the right thing, but if this continues to get out of hand, your community is going to lose it's faith and turn against you.

We posted yesterday that we’ve adjusted our automatic anti-cheat systems in response, and have taken action against every account we’ve found cheating, including permanent bans for 43 accounts with more are under investigation.
Our actions this weekend were part of a larger ongoing effort to remove cheaters from ESO. With today's patch, we included some server-side adjustments to address the cheat behavior, and will continue to monitor and action against those players who are caught cheating.
Once again, we want to thank everyone who helped us identify the players who were using cheats.

Sooner or later if this is not solved and cheats continue to prosper then we will start going away for good and taking our money with us, bugs are one thing... turning a blind eye to rampant cheating is another.
Or... maybe just announce cheat engine as an official addon and may victory got to the best cheater... at least kevel the playing field so we can all cheat together...

Thanks.
This truly saddens me.
How can ZOS treat their customers like that, I wonder.
Looks like PVP is nothing but a grind zone for PVEers to get their Vigor/Proxi Detonation.
Leaderboards, same, but for Maelstrom weapons.
Their business model must be based on constantly attracting new players, not keeping old ones faithful to them.
If they don't communicate very soon, I'll unsub.
My desire to go in PVP areas has already waned significantly.
I've got doubts, now.
No more real will to improve.
I'll wait and see for the moment, but for how long...

ENOUGH this ***! you need to realize the only one who need judge here is ZOS, and their code, with many bugs, grows with every DLC!
and luck of attention of bugreports
thats all

Real life has many "exploitable zones" . We have laws like , no smoking , no guns here or no drugs . When people break those do we blame the law ? No we blame the one breaking the law . How does this concept elude people ?
