There are all sorts of dragons that breathe just about any element you can imagine. (Fire, ice, electricity, acid, poison gas, sonic, sand, tar, etc)

lol they are still complaining about a change that increases their damage output, and complaining? how is this not mechanics, the poison has increased dmg, via champ points its a class being buffed, while sorcs get a nerf on shields from 20 sec to six sec.....how is this not mechanics? please explain....
They are talking about the way the it looks, the animations, etc. Not the damage aspect. How hard is that to understand?
its hard to understand how one can complain about something that helps them in the long run ^^ while other classes truly get messed with ^^ ide rather spit poison then have no defence^^

Except you don't have no defense, your wards are just slightly less overpowered now. It's called balance. You don't have to agree with it but that's exactly what it is. And why do you feel the need to come into a thread just to talk about something that you have no stake in?
BTW I play every single class, every build. I'm not partial to one over the other and the sorc shields absolutely are too much at this point, so this is a welcome change.

lol no stake in? I have a vr16 of every class aswell as the rest of my slots filled with vr lvl toons, and I totally understand how a sorcs shields were OP, but that's a really bad nerf, from 20sec to 6 sec? makes shields useless, sorcs are pretty much required to have shields up 24/7 in pvp or we get on hits from stamblades, how is this fair? especially now that stam dk's and stam blades can actually do sustained dps with their new poison morphs?

that are being complained about already ^^, we got nerfed because ppl complaining about not having the dmg to kill sorcs, so now yall get buffed while we take a nerf hammer, and yet theres still complaining....this sir is my point,,,,it could be a lot worse ^^, anyways, ive lost interest, ive stated my opinion, ill bid you good day
I don't understand why they didn't use ice damage. That seems better than poison. Poison damage seems more Nightblade. Then again, I don't agree with many decisions they're making.

Ppl don't want to be only functional, they want to be fashionable as well

It's because all the elemental damage nodes are grouped with magick damage, poison and disease are with physical. It's stat economy.

Yes, i would rather have my characters full identity intact than a damage increase.

Ah yes, fire resistance, because that's totally relevant in PvP. What would you do when you see a DK suddenly puking on you instead of breathing fire? Run away so you can equip your poison resist rings instead? That's a completely unrealistic scenario. Further, they could just add damage type in the death recap, or players could actually remember with their brain whether or not they're getting hit with the stam morph of an ability versus the magicka morph. I don't see anyone complaining on Live right now that they don't know when to pop Annulment or Bone Shield because they can't figure out if they're getting hit by the stam version or the magicka version.

If you can't see some kid crying to ZoS because of that deathlog, you don't understand the average player lol
