    I think that is already the case. At least, that's what I understood from one of his earlier posts.
    Each Campaign does have it's own dedicated "world" that it resides on. Furthermore, if Cyrodiil is having performance issues in Azura's Star, Imperial City in Azura's star is not effected by said issues.

    Hardware currently is not something we are discussing for Cyrodiil performance but that can always change...just look at scrolling combat text as a key example of how things may not be in the cards right now, but they could be later.

    As for the immediate though, from what we can see with our data from the first night of DB, performance does appear better however we will continue to monitor this very closely and see what else we can do soon.

    For me, I was experiencing higher than before patch levels of Latency as well as lower framerates. It only got worse when I went into combat. I experienced this both in Cyrodiil and IC. It might be because I am on a 2011 macbook pro laptop, but it still was worse performance than before patch.

    Did you disable all your addons? Did you clear your cache?

    • Fix Volendrung (spawn location - weapon white on the map causing the wielder to keep it forever - usable with emperorship)
    • Remove / Change CPs System, remove current CP/noCP campaigns and introduce one 30days with lock, one with no locks
    • Fix crashes when approaching a keep under attack because of bad / wrong rendering prioritization system
    • Change emperorship to value faction score points and not alliance points - see this and this
    • Fix long loading screens (mostly caused by players joining group out of rendering range)
    • Add 2 more quickslots to the wheel or add a different wheel for sieges weaponry only
    • Fix Balista Bolts not dealing damage on walls or doors if deployed at a certain place
    • Release bigger battlegrounds with 8 to 16 players per team and only two teams
    • Fix the permanent block animation - see examples : link1 link2 link3 link4 link5
    • Gives players 10 minutes to get back into Cyrodiil after relogging / crashing
    • Add a function to ignore the Claiming system of useless rewards
    • Improve the Mailing System / Rewards of the Worthy stacking
    • Assign specific group sizes to specific campaigns (24-16-8)
    • Make forward camps impossible to place near objectives
    • Make snares only available from ground effects abilities
    • Change emperorship to last minimum 24hours

    Until people come back from their DB roleplaying adventures and start zerging again, it's kinda hard to say if things changed or not. Performance was indeed better yesterday and the day before, but could very well be because of less players in Cyrodiil (I heard that IC is pretty crowded lately).

    Who knows. All i know is that i did indeed see derpaderps stacking on crown with all factions fighting at the gate between nikel and ash, and i lagged very very little. Was glorious.

    I think that the main factor why we get better performances is according to people spreading out between the two different PvP instances. Cyrodiil and IC (Sewers + Districts). Population caps are way above what the server can handle when almost nobody is in IC (prior DB patch).

    First of all, like @Fengrush and others have said in the past, IC should not be bound to specific campaigns. We should have independant instances of IC (maybe one or two) with their own independent populations. With this system in place, it would not penalize people who work hard to win the war on top in Cyrodiil and it would also make it much much easier to set a population cap according to performances.

    There is no reason to have Cyrodiil and IC bound together as long as IC has no impact in the course of the campaign.

    After i played my first afternoon DB i can say the lags are better and worse. I have less fps compared to TG and a bit better ping compared to TG.

    One problem occourt often: Negate or other ulties are much much more affected by server lags than normal skills.

    I disabled my addons and cleared my Cache. Even then, my performance is still lower than prepatch.

    well last night saw a nice test of EU Trueflame performance and the result is another fail, pings at average of 400 with a couple of spikes over 2k and a kick to loggin lol and that's with god knows how many of the campaign in IC instead of Cyrodiil :(

    I love when people tell me what did or didnt happen when they werent there and dont have a time frame other than last night, time i'm talking about wasnt when you're talking about but keep thinking you know everything that happened in game over a period of 10 hours :)

    Xbox, Haderus last night. Lots of framerate stuttering, game wouldn't let me switch bars most of the time, and of course the loading screens and getting kicked out of the game and not being able to get in again for 20+ minutes.

    Seeing that things got better on PC with the DB patch I am hopeful, although I also suspect it has more to do with people doing the other content instead of PvP.

    (We still had a blast last night, of course. Celebrating the last date as VR16, had to go out with a bang. ;))

    We have more fixes incoming over time and while there have been some improvements, it's still far from where we want to be. Some of these will continue to come in hot fixes and others in major patches.

    I logged back in last week after a 2-month hiatus and... I am so terribly disappointed in the state of PvP in ESO right now.

    The lag has not improved in the slightest, despite the insistence that fixes have been implemented.
    Spamming of proxy det by zergs. The skill has been broken for some time and should have been removed from the game entirely months ago. Instead, here it still is, still being used non-stop. I had honestly thought it couldn't get any worse, but I was wrong.

    And now we have meteor spamming and all other sorts of terrible, cheating behavior.

    ZOS, you already lost a large majority of your PvP population, and I fear the death of PvP entirely if you cannot get a handle on these p

    PvP on PS4 has more lag then ever before. Severe frame rate drop even in PvE, freeze ups, long loading times and players and npc's take ages to load. Yep... this dark brotherhood is really killing the game. Honestly was this stuff really tested or are we as customers your guinea pigs?

    The overall performance of the game has hit an all time low on my end this patch, I feel like others are having better results than me, but PVP is cancer to play on Xbox. All affects have a delay, and I get the feeling that my internet is to blame or I have to high of a latency. DB was a flop in my eyes, and I hope it gets better.

    ZOS you should be ashamed of the state of this game on XB1.
    If this company can't handle the demands of releasing a working product on standardized hardware, what can ZOS handle?
    How can you possibly continue to release such game breaking dlc?
    I'm feeling ripped off and ready to move on from Tamriel.

    Last night was terrible, just terrible. I had 200 ping just standing at the western gate in Haderus. Most of the AD population squirreled off to the sewers, leaving us poplocked but with no one up top to hold back the opposing factions. IC and Cyro need to be separated, period.

    ZOS, please - THIS IS NO LONGER FUN. It hasn't been fun in nearly a year, which is why you lost a significant chunk of PvP players to other games.

    I think the issue is that ZOS needs better, faster servers that can handle the calculations of sorting through ability usage in compact areas in cyrodiil. The current problem exists where too many skills cast in a small area "breaks" the server.

    What causes the complete disconnects that send us back to dashboard? I feel like there is a plethora of issues that randomly results in "unable to connect to game server" that has yet to be solved.

    This game is currently a mess on xb1. Last night it was a struggle just to play the game in cyro. Let's forget the lag. How in the world am I supposed to be able to play if every time I gap close I fall under the map, hit a loading screen, get teleported to an enemy gate, hit a loading screen, then pop up dead where I was to begin with. Not including the 20 crashes to dashboard between an hours worth of gameplay.

    How about this ZOS. Be honest with us. Do you even have the capabilities to FIX the bugs in this game let alone stopping crashing to desktop? I can deal with the crap 10-15 fps during sieges even though you could've implemented a graphics setting like some other xb1 games do in order to combat this issue. All I want to know is the following;

    1) What incentives do I have to be ESO plus still considering we can barely play the game?

    2) Are you capable of fixing the game instead of adding some crappie DB DLC in the future?

    3) As a player who loves the game, why should I continue to play a broken product?

    I came from PC gaming, and this is just pitiful.

    Xbox ESO is in a shambles right now, feeling Lied to at this point.... is it safe to say that with pc working, consoles are not a priority for your def team???? 7 people in my group, trying to take a resource, no enemy players just NPC's..... chop frame rate.... one of the group members DC's.... how is that playable???? I was excited to try out my new build in pvp after dark brotherhood and if it's a challenge to target an NPC due to lag..... actually combat against another player is near impossible..... what's going on zos???? Are you going to fix this or ignore this and tell us to fix it by resetting our Xboxs??? I have not seen any info on an upcoming patch for Xbox (forgive me if there has been and I didn't see it) and as such my frustration is even more.... no scrambling to fix and not communicating that with your customers is very frustrating.....I love the lore and the franchise of elder scrolls.... and with pvp the idea and concept is perfect.... please do not turn your back on this for other projects...

    Ahhhhh.... bugger... I had hoped that at least there would be some silver linings somewhere anywhere..... do you know or does anyone know if the EU servers are just as messed up?

    I normally dont put this much effort/emotion in a game but again I love the lore and the concept of ESO is incredible... I had plans to be a faithful member for years to come but due to the surmountable lag and bugs in the game it is hard to tell if the game will be playable much longer.... Not saying this as a threat of fix or I quit.... more so stated in a lamenting way of what could be and does not seem to be for much longer.
