    Burning embers was my main heal tonight while dueling. I saw it heal for 25k once.

    Yeah, in PVP during duels.

    I still have cogs blood on with ign shield to maximise healing, and that slight "OH-SHI.." heal

    Did you do some testing??? How is it?? This console player is foaming at the mouth waiting for these changes... I've literally only played my Magicka DK for the past 4 or 5 months and am addicted as all hell. If what we got was good, I may have to quit my job and just play ESO all day lololol.

    Tbh I won't be changing my skills to any of the skills that got reworked. That said, I'm playing 5 heavy and I am feeling tankier and stronger. This was from just letting people hit me for testing and hitting them. This has everything to do with CP changes

    Thanks! I wish I could be testing it out. I'm pumped. Can't wait to get out this 2 shot meta we've been in for so long. Wonder how my orc dk Will be like as well. Its gonna be weird when my leaps don't result in a floating corpse repeatedly yelling anymore..

    Also that heal off Embers is bananas, better than BoL...

    No Igneous Shield. It might be because the damage adds up? Or maybe I used it on a dwemer by accident?

    I've recently started playing a magicka dk (practically my main now) and I'm so happy about these buffs. I understand from the two months I've played a magicka dk how hard it was to do damage and put down a target. GDB being *** but now I'm glad to see this finally come back to life. Happy for the wise dragon mages of old that have inspired me to play and learn the magicka dk.

    I'm really excited to test tonight, but Burning Embers seems broken af if these heals are this high from what I've heard . . .

    Embers is a heal from 75% of damage inflicted. As we all know, you can passively build your heals up. So with CP in blessed, Ign Shield + Cogs blood active, and some timing, you can hit some high numbers.

    Not to mention boosting the initial damage the heal comes from itself, with Engulfing Flames active and Molten Whip slotted. A lot of juggling is involved to hit big numbers.

    This is super important to remember. Calling all Magicka DK's to gently remind those already calling for a nerf (especially to burning embers lol) that in an open world scenario, the DK will still be a sitting duck, just a duck with an improved ability to stand its ground.

    Sure, burning embers is great 1v1, but it won't make magicka DK insane when you're fighting 3 people and they're all wailing on you!
