    With the addition of the Imperial City and all the new items, it seems older PvE gear will become more or less obsolete. Do you plan to support Craglorn in any way, and if so, what are your plans beyond the 20% increase to experience gained there? Could we possibly see better rewards found in the delves and larger dungeons like Shada's Tear, which are really awesome content but not really worth doing compared to other activites?

    There are so many little islands on the ESO map. Any chance that someday one of those tiny islands will be set up for say a PvP battleground? Whether it be capture the flag or some other scenario.

    Will there ever be Skirmishes set up? For solo, duo, small groups and large groups? Much like they have on LOTRO. That system was heaps of fun, good XP, good tokens to earn and you can buy many cosmetics and gear via the currency you earn through such events. If unsure, can look into it at LOTRO for some ideas. That was one feature that was quite popular and could work in ESO as well. They aren't dungeons though, but more like events you can sign up to anywhere and anytime you feel like doing one.

    Will you ever introduce a choice when entering a Delve for it to be made into a solo/duo/large group instance where as you enter, the group leader becomes the owner of that instance? So many times when entering public delves, most monsters are already killed off, and you are left with nothing to kill and that means no challenge.

    This way, depending on the amount of people in your group, monster difficulty will spawn accordingly. But give players a chance to enter Solo if you are un-grouped. That way, you can have some challenge and complete it all solo, but still allowing the choice of it being accessible as a open public dungeon. Allow us the choice to select ENTER PUBLIC DELVE/Enter Solo Instance etc with a pop-up window prompting the player with a choice prior to entering.

    For the upcoming controller support, will it be able to identify last gen and third party controllers? I have yet to muster the cash to purchase a PS4 so a PS3 controller is my only option. While there are third party softwares for converting PS3 controller input to other formats, I would prefer not having to finnick with external software to get the ideal controller experience.

    If you have to get the Killing Blow, does that relegate Healers to only being able to get a miniscule amount of stones from the group shares?
    Should we just not bring Healers to IC?

In fleshing out our live QuakeCon presentation, we've determined that in order to share all the information about the Imperial City DLC game pack and associated base-game patch that we would like to (which does include answering some of your questions), we will not have time to do a live Q&A at the same time. Instead, we will host a special live Q&A session with the four QuakeCon panel members on Friday, July 31st starting at 4PM EDT. Because this will be after Imperial City is on the PTS, we'll also be able to answer general gameplay questions as well.

    You have already answered everything for imperial city.
    but I have tons of questions for the future stuff. I know some of them are quite hard to do but I'm eager to know these questions' answers. :)

    General
    Will you give us a reason to stay human? Like preventing werewolves and vampires to use fighters guild abilities.
    Will races of tamriel ever get active skills?
    Do you have future plans for merging the tamriel and remove loading screens and building inter continental contents?
    Will there be a 4th faction for outlaws?

    Systems:
    Will we ever see spellcrafting?
    How about housing system?
    When will you release barber shop/full appearance and gender change? and how the system will work?
    Will players be able to play music together in future? (player music)
    When you'll bring justice system's pvp side back?
    Will day/night cycle effect the NPC's (and/or players) behavior in future? Like shops open/close. Or a random werewolf attack?


    Contents:
    Are you actually working on underwater content for ESO?
    Do you have any plans for something like "a content builder" for players to create their own adventure?
    Will you bring prisons (and a prison break) for justice system?
    Any plans for mini games and seasonal events?

    PVP
    Will you introduce us an Arena in future?
    Will you offer players a campain builder that who purchases ticket for it can create and set rules for his/her campain like setting the location, first person only, no anti personnel sieges etc.
    When will you fix all these lag issues?

    Combat/Classes
    Dragonknight:
    Fiery Chain is BROKEN at the moment. Wont even work on open field. It always says "target is too hight or too low". When you'll fix it?


    Sorcerer:
    Don't you think Bolt Escape nerf is a bit too harsh? Problem never was bolt escape. Any stamina user can chase them. Any magicka dk with extended chain can pull them (when the damn thing works!)
    Problem was their shields and its making some scripters with high champion points gods out there.
    Almost every sorcerer has a cookie cutter build that makes them really really strong. When we'll see different types of sorcerers like stam sorcs or tank sorcs etc. ?

    Nightblade:
    Do you have any plans for making this class more group friendly for pvp? We usually use them for their fear ability.

    Templar:
    People complain about radiant destruction but that skill is far from op. Biting jabs goes through block, mist form etc giving some pro animation cancellers great advantage.

    Will there be 5th class like cryomancers?
    Do you have any plans for fixing the animation cancelling?

    Art/Animation/Aesthetics
    Will our character stand on uneven grounds like stairs both of his feets are touching the floor? (Adaptive legs!)
    We can't sit in a chair atm. Will it be possible in future?
    Do you have plans for players to create custom emotes? or monthly emote crating contests?
    World looks so static right now. Like ships stand still, nothing really moves. Do you have plans to change this in future?(moving collisions!)
    Will we ever be able to climb?

    Hi!

    Does the advanced LFG tool,with the posibility to group players from any alliances will work for Craglorn and Orsinium,or only for group dungeons?

    Will the addition of native controller support disable the ability to use 3rd party programs? Or can PC players disable it and continue to use their chosen software/layout/UI ?
    If options weren't necessary, and everyone played the same way, no one would use addons. Fix the UI!

    Is there going to be a limit to how many players can be online in each zone of the Imperial City content? If so, and that limit is reached, how are you going to handle the popularity of it?

    Imperial City shares a population cap with the instance of Cyrodiil it resides in. Imperial City, Imperial Sewers, and Cyrodiil are three separate zones, reducing stress on the server.

    On August 4th, 2015, it will be exactly one year since the armor dye system was implemented into the game with patch 1.3.3. With exactly one year since, the fanbase has not seen any work on shield dyes. With such a crucial part of armor left undyed and particularly ugly in a lot of cases with everyone that uses a shield screaming for it, how can we expect new polished systems to be as great as advertised when the prior systems are left incomplete?

    Khajiit has a thoughtful question about this Imperial City.

    Will there be things lying around that the hairless ones no longer use that Khajiit could maybe 'borrow' for a while?

    Also the nice people who do the fencing and the laundering of such unwanted items - will they have a nice cosy corner under the city where Khajiit might stay whilst she sorts out her bags, plays with some yarn and naps for a while?

I'm not asking for grouping with enemy players, I'm just asking for a direct answer to the trouble that many Roleplayers have had since the launch of the PC game: Will we be able to roleplay through the roleplaying channels of /say, /emote and /yell across the factions in the Imperial City?

    So you are saying banding together to fight the greater evil is impossible? Riiight. The fact is that the Imperial City ends the Molag Bal story line and it would be a fitting way to end it. The factions he pit against each other using Mannimarco would fight together. That actually opens the way for cross faction grouping for dungeons that they want to do later on. The factions remain but that doesnt mean every one from both sides are cross with each other.

    The better question would be.. Where does the story line go after IC?

    In fact no, I'm not saying -anything- at all in that regards. You're just making a baseless assumption from my post.

    As it clearly states in bolded text: Will we be able to roleplay through the roleplaying channels of /say, /emote and /yell across the factions in the Imperial City? - its a question for CROSS-FACTION roleplay, be it friends or foe is 100% irrelevant, its a question asking for the long-promised RP capabilities in Cyrodiil, and now the Imperial City, which Zenimax never adressed after their initital saying "Yes, that will be possible in our game.", yet it never came to live for some odd reason.

    Which is why I ask again now, in the hopes to get an answer which the entire roleplay community can use. If in doubt, press my link above and read that first, then you will get an actual understanding of the matter at hand.

    So I've played DoT casters in pretty much every MMO ever, but my only real disappointment with this game is how lacking they are in most cases. Some of the skills are decent (notably DK ones), but overall they are pretty weak. Most players are using DoT skills for some other effect they provide, rather than raw sustained damage/pressure.

    Have you guys looked into buffing DoT skills in 2.1? If you aren't already, could you guys consider giving them a look? Thanks!

    The changes introduced with IC seem to have been intended to make crafting less economically viable in general (gear equality) and to dis-incentivize solo-crafting specifically (crafting mats now available through group/PvP content or buying them through guild stores and reducing the already slim profits even further also the new set crafting stations are in PvP zones).

    Is it possible to share to reasoning behind these decisions?
    How does this reflect on the previously stated desire to make crafting remain relevant in ESO?
    Is this a part of a longer term progression to make raid-style gear and raiding take centre stage so as to ensure uptake of future DLCs by setting up a gearing treadmill?

    Why are the devs closing/deleting threads asking about text to chat for consoles... Are they trying to ignore us deny that there is a need for this in the console version because they know they made a huge mistake from removing it from consoles pre launch?

    1. What was the thought process behind changing the Oblivion's foe set to increase soul trap damage by 100% ? Is it to just decrease the time it takes to get souls gems? Does it hint towards more skills in the soul magic line?

    2. Will damage proc sets like ashen grip scale harder? They don't seem to do enough damage to justify their internal cooldown.
