My fix to this problem would simply be:
- Setting a maximum limit of achievable champion points = The new max level.
I think that the "pick and choose" part of the game is very important, espeacially at end game!
The champion system would be great as a tool for the final tweeks!
Keep the system, change the rules!

I would say make it to where you can have enough to get the max bonus in one tree each for Mage, Thief, and Warrior should you choose to allocate it like that. Thankfully console hasn't been here long enough to have a problem, but I can easily see how the absurd levels can affect the game. I'm all for a cap.
That's actually quite brilliant, Dude.Sallington wrote: »Agreed. Keep the CP system, but cap it at 300 or so CPs. You could allocate them however you want, actually giving your choices value.
That's an extra 30 million XP (if you are always enlightened). I think that's enough time grinding to "max stats", before your gear fills out the rest of your build.
The day ESO dies is when devs will listen to conservative Skyrim-gamers which ask for housing and other nonsense.

Yeah the more skyrim mechanics introduced, the longer this game will last.
Who really can complain about player housing?

I am not an expert in the statistical or more technical side of things, so I can't comment on those. However from the point of view of someone who solos a lot, doesn't often get chance to do the higher level content such as Craglorn, this is a pain in the ass. There is no new end-game content that can be solo''d, no new quests etc, so it comes down to grinding and I hate grinding with a passion. I play at times when the servers are thinly populated, making finding groups difficult, so I have touched hardly any of Craglorn. I'm not much for PvPing either, which I didn't think mattered because you are supposed to be able to play the game 'your way', but without it levelling has been glacial to say the least. Why can't the dailies be divided into a group challenge and one for soloers, for example? Getting to the level I'm at has been like climbing a mountain and now it seems I've even further to go, and now I've finished Cadwell's Gold, frankly I'm getting a bored.
