    Whoa, you hit VR1 right on the nose? That's a way more impressive achievement than filling up the gas tank and getting exactly $20 worth of gas in there, not a penny over or short!

    So is this new orc of yours to experience Wrothgar on? So far I've been doing Wrothgar exclusively on my VR2 Daggerfall orc because it makes sense to me to experience it that way first. I've been spending far too much of my time in the zone just wandering around looking at stuff and admiring the views instead of actually questing though lol

    That's kinda what I was thinking when I created him, plus I wanted to build a tank from the ground up.
    I was kinda of surprised how quickly his personality developed though. Each of my characters have developed their own unique personalities over time played, but this guy is quickly becoming one of my favorites.

    He's old, scarred and looks like he's seen his fair share of battle...so that's how I go about playing him. "Really? You are seriously going to attack me? Son you have no idea what you just stepped into...eat steel!"

    He hasn't been to Wrothgar (yet) but I did spend the crowns to get him his bear mount and bear cub (hey even a grizzled old warhorse needs a friend). A trip to Wrothgar is coming Soon(tm) though.

    Edit: I have to admit that I sent my "main" in there first...just to make sure everything was safe ;)

    Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.

    House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
    Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis

    Back when the game was brand new, I used to go through all of the zones kind of like that, until I became very familiar with them. But never to the same extent as I've been doing it in Wrothgar... The ratio of time spent just wandering and admiring the zone to time spent adventuring is far greater for me in Wrothgar than it has been in any other zone.

    My travels in Orisinium questing, part two.
    So, I killed Ice Heart, went to meet the King in his throne room ... then.... what the actual hell, ZOS??? My eyes were actually wide with shock! Murdering that Orc Chief on Ice Heart's sword! Tamriel is not a friendly place!

    I am loving this zone. You can plainly see how much work went into it. The stories are enchanting and REALLY feel like an Elder Scrolls game.

    Speaking from personal experience from when I had all 4 wisdom teeth out earlier in the year, that's the best time to be in-game! I'm pretty sure all of the conversations I had during that time in guild chat were incoherent and had people saying "what the hell is wrong with Ur-Quan?"

    Speaking from personal experience from when I had all 4 wisdom teeth out earlier in the year, that's the best time to be in-game! I'm pretty sure all of the conversations I had during that time in guild chat were incoherent and had people saying "what the hell is wrong with Ur-Quan?"

    YES!!!!!! OMG, I was so excited when I heard about this yesterday! I haven't checked out the details of it yet, but I want more Joel, Tom Servo, Crow T. Robot, Gypsy, and the Mads! Mike too, i guess. I always preferred Joel to Mike, but objectively Mike was pretty great too.

    I calculated the odds of this succeeding versus the odds I was doing something incredibly stupid... and I went ahead anyway. I'm really excited. I just went in for the $100 option. It's the first option that includes a copy of the entire new season (whatever it ends up being). Check it out soon. It's already over 50% towards the goal of $2 mil after 24 hours.
