I don't think that's any different to on Live. Once you complete the "Crafting Certification" introduction, in which you are introduced to both of them, you still have to remember where the other one is to complete their Certifications.More crafting problems.
After having finished the Alchemy/Cooking/Magicka writs, I now only have the option on the billboard to do those writs.
I no longer have the option in my Journal or from the Carpentry/Clothing/Smithing billboard to learn about the other writs. No arrow either to what's her name who does these writs.

It could of course be broken on Live as well, and when no one ever reports it or asks about it...I don't think that's any different to on Live. Not true.

Equally, I can see this having the opposite effect, as people will not realize the true scaling of an instance if it was auto-nerfed during a previous run on a different character.
First, the positives. Thanks for introducing difficulty easing to solo instances! Now that it's no longer possible to overlevel and come back to them later, those of us who are terrible players or otherwise limited (e.g. due to physical disabilities) need the help.
Also, thanks for all of the restacking changes. Guild Banks everywhere will thank you for them, and I may no longer need to yell at everyone who puts Almandine or Crawlers into the bank .
Now for the Sorcerer comments:My main character is a Magicka-based Sorcerer and I currently use Critical Surge and Inner Light on both of my bars. In 1.6, I'll be running Power Surge and Radiant Magelight instead, but I'll still need them on both bars. Since I know hardly any Sorcerers who run more than 3 Sorcerer abilities on their bars, this does feel like yet another attempt to persuade Sorcerers that we should be using "pets".Sorcerers no longer get cost reduction on their most used class spells, including "Surge" that already costs 3 times more magicka than its similar "Entropy". I will test the numbers, but this feels like a nerf considering the most you can get from the new passive is 12% extra Spell Power and that is an unrealistic value considering all sorcerers need Inner Light on both their bars and Crushing Shock on the main attack bar.I agree. It seems odd that the developers are giving to Stamina Sorcerers with one hand:Expert Mage: This passive ability has been changed. It now grants 2% Spell Power for each Sorcerer ability slotted instead of 10% reduced cost to lightning spells.
Please change this back. The new passive only hurts stamina builds. The Storm Calling line is the most used one for stamina builds, so the reduced spell cost really helped since stamina builds have limited magic. The spell power bonus is useless to us.and taking back with the other.Bound Armaments (morph): This ability now costs Stamina instead of Magicka, gives you a bonus to stamina instead of magicka, and increases the damage done by heavy attacks.
Dark Deal (morph): This ability now converts magicka into health and stamina.
Overload and Power Overload will now properly scale their damage off Weapon Damage and Stamina in the event that they are higher than Spell Power and Magicka.
Summon Storm Atronach: Fixed an issue where this ability was only scaling off your magicka stats, but not your stamina stats. It will now correctly pick the largest value.I don't know, and I want to know! I only managed to download 8% of the patch during my unlimited nighttime download period though.Doubled the Critical Strike and Spell Critical values for all item set bonuses.
So they increased this last patch, then doubled it for this patch. Does this mean that Criticals are now back to where they are in Live? Or better?Um, dude, you do realise that this is the PTS as in Public Test Server? It's not the real game. Everything you do here gets deleted anyway.chrisvoyerb16_ESO wrote: »You do not understand. I am going to cancel my subscription. Do not update if you cannot copy characters.

Yes, please. Allow us to turn off 'solo easing'.

My prediction is as follows: ESO end game (whats left of it) is going to halt. People that don’t leave the game are going to grind. Raids are going to be composed solely of those with the highest DPS and hence CP.
That sounds a bit off... once Heat (the red bit) had decayed, the Bounty value (and the white bit) should decay at a constant rate of X gold (based on level) every 3 minutes.Wait... I murdered an NPC (with thanks for the achievement) after I fireballed him by accident and he came after me with his sword drawn. Really it was self-defense. But that got my bounty up to 75 gold. I already had some 23 from an earlier accidental fireballing of an Eagle Talon. They don't like that, you know?
Now that the bounty is back down to 72, I am notorious and will no longer be killed on sight by everyone and their little sister.
Uh... so
75 gold == Murderer! Immediate Death When Near Anyone With A Weapon.
72 gold == Notorious, or No one cares, you can pay off your bounty.
70 gold == Disreputable.
What?
I may need a new manual for this game.
Notorious: famous or well known, typically for some bad quality or deed.
Disreputable: not considered to be respectable in character or appearance.
My bounty has since been stuck at 63 gold. 75 gold -> 63 gold was a mere 3 minutes. I've been at this 63g for the past 15 minutes now.
But then also, when you've killed 100 people, the bounty shouldn't decrease at all. If you're a mass-murderer by choice, there should be no option that you can log off and wait 24 hours (say), then log back on and be care free, bounty gone. Although if Enodoc is right -- and I don't see why he or she wouldn't be -- and the decrease rate is 1 credit per 3 minutes, then it takes about 283 hours to get rid of a 51K bounty.ForKristSake wrote: »Maybe the guards should take the bounty from your bank.

Nightblade Ultimate "Vail of Blades" provides awesome damage and awesome mitigation for the group - this mitigation stacks with everything.
Sorc Ultimate "Nagate" provides dispelling of abilities unless it is a boss fight and for how long? Instant? The mitigation for the ability is the same mitigation you get from Circle of Protection (an active ability) and does not stack with it?
How is this balanced?
Negate should provide real mitigation (that stacks with everything) and do damage like all the other ultimates. Please FIX Nagate or nobody will use it in PvE.
