    Restoring Focus healing buff don't working outside rune, despite tooltip
    Using Radiant Destruction from 1st person of view may cause no dealing damage and rooting animation of RD to enemy corpse.
    Evil Hunter- tooltip says stamina return proc on every attack, but it proc on every proc of EH.

    NPC stealth detection seems very wonky. While trying to lvl up legerdemain I had issues where I'd be concealed behind a cabinet in a corner with the npcs in the adjacent room or downstairs, and I'd get half eyeball. Other times I've been able to be a few feet to the side of a NPC and get complete hidden. I've also submitted a ticket but alot of the special lockboxes near merchants are marked as "Steam from".

    The new Templar execute has a terrible 1-1.5 second delay after pressing the button before the skills goes off.

    Templar: Radiant Destruction, + all Morphs -

    Oh yes, please remove this delay, it feels horrible clumsy to activate this Skill. If you hit the Button it should immediately activated, but it doesnt work.

    Templar: Solar Flare, AOE Morph -

    There is a little Lag or stumble too, if you use the Skill Solar Barrage (AOE Morph from Solar Flare?). If you move, you stuck a Second if you use it. It feels not very smooth.

    Mounts -

    1. The first Time you climb up the Mount = Speed Boost.

    2. It seems you will stack very often at Objects or slow down if you ride around, feels clumsy now. Before, it was a better Feeling.

    3. Before 1.6 you could easily climb down from your Mount by using the Sneak-Key on the Keyboard, now it feels clumsy too, like a Delay.


    Champion-System -

    The Skill Thaumaturg, in the blue Section, says it raises Poison, Disease and Magicka/Spelldamage (?). I raised it with my Points but i dont see any Changes on my Spelldamage, in the Charactersheet or the Magicka-Skills, i have used.

    Maybe i missunderstood what this Skill raise, but it should raise something and nothing changed in my Numbers.

    UI -

    I remember that Zenimax said that the UI now helps more to see which Debuff/Buff is active. I dont see any improvements there. The 1.6 Comes with many new Buffs and a new Buff-System, if i cant see them or manage them better with the UI, it will be a hard Time to play without an Addon for that.

    For an Example, 4 Templars use Radiant Light on the Boss, how can i see at which Time mine expires, maybe i want to see the Remaining Time of my Vampires Bane but i cant, because the whole Boss is overloaded with Effects.

    But i need to manage the new Buffs exactly because they give a big Bonus (20% Crit, 20% Spelldamage and so on). Some Guilds will demand this.

    Do you think it is good that some Players that use Addons have an Advantage in the Future over Players that dont use Addons? Maybe some Guilds want Addons in the Future to time the Buffs right now, and i am out. So i cant play like i want, because the UI is nice but doesnt show enough Infos.

    Zenimax, give us a better UI that Shows Buffs & Durations, put an Option in it to Switch it off, so everyone can choose it or leave it. So Players that dont want to use Addons from another Developer, can be competive in the higher Dungeons.

    And if Zenimax update this Options, the Player never will have Update Problems with that.

    Hitpoints -

    Raise the Hitpoints. Lower Hitpoints are bad for PvE and PvP, you die too fast and there is no Time for Reaction or Tactic. More Hitpoints means longer Fights and more Fun.This is one of the bad Changes in 1.6.

    Example, before the 1.6 i put all my Attributepoints as a Templar in Life and reach my Softcap in Magicka through Armor & Bufffood and so on. I have had near 3k Hitpoints, that helps a lot of against hard hitting Mobs.

    With the 1.6 i will have around 20-21k Hitpoints, with all my Points in Life. Thats 2.1k Hitpoints in the old System. How can i heal my Group as a Templar or survive with that low Hitpoints.

    As i read before the Monsters in 1.6 hits really hard now, and we have lower Hitpoints now? I like a Challenge but this seems a little bit unbalanced.

    Dont make this Game too fast, dont let it feel like an Egoshooter.

    @Murmeltier I will try to reproduce and /bug the bugs and feedback the others. The magicka stat mundus stone not applying the correct amount is also something for me to reproduce as I use that on Live.
    I (v14 templar) usually stack Circle of Protection and Restoring Focus for pve boss fights. In 1.6 on the PTS, my shields were not stacking and I'm wearing light armor (also nerfed), and I was getting one shot by the boss (Vet COA, Fire Maw), he was hitting for 1900+ and I just had under 1900 health. I have 36 points into health. I'm rather disappointed I can't stack my shields, my light armor isnt helping much, and I get slapped around while healing in my shields.
    These are armor buffs and armor buffs do not stack in the new buff/debuff system. However, health shields like Blazing Shield and Bone Shield do stack.
    Healing Ritual Templar: use armor glyphs on jewelry to balance the physical and magical resistances. Use one hand and shield on your main bar. Put all of your attributes into health.
    Healing Springs only Templar: try not to get physically hit.

    Casting the skill Solar Barrage causes movement to stop during the cast. The internal GCD in Solar Barrage makes the skill feel clunky.

    150208-001532 /feedback
    Radiant Destruction has a cast time but does not need the cast time for balance. The cast time is there because the low-health threshold is too high at 50%.
    Recommend removing the cast time, setting the low-health threshold to 30%, and making the skill cost Magicka per every half-second that it is active.

    @The_Man_From_Stygia‌ You are indeed correct. Guard's stealth detection is currently bugged:
    There is currently an issue where guards at keeps are detecting you much further out than they should be, and this will be fixed in patch 1.6.2!

    I havent found something like this... If ther is already a bug list, ZOS-Member feel free to mouve this post.
    1. It is not possible to travel to guild members (over guild list)
    2. It is not possible to invite guild member to the group (over guild list)
    3. Freeze when a guard is killing you
    4. You will sometimes pull aggro at the first AA boss when you pass him as a ghost
    5. Sometimes unable to use skills (doupe "esc", doge roll an all the other s*** doesnt work... you have to exit the game AND colse launcher to fix this)
    6. Third boss in AA is dying at 15%. We are not shure but we guess it is because of the reflecting scale from our DK tank.
    7. Stamina potions can not be used (Panacea of Weapon Power, the big one with weapon dmg and weapon crit)

    Nice to have:
    Please make an opportunity to "drag and drop" your boonty (botton corner right) to an other place :)

    This is the Bug list that me and a few guild members collected. We will test Hel Ra next week (maybe^^).

    I thought I was imagining this, it doesn't happen every time though. At first I thought the reset was just that I happened to be crossing the daily time reset. Then i noticed when you add a rank to trafficker it reset my count to zero. So I tested that out, but upon respec'ing it didn't reset my maxed out 120 count. Heading now to see if it depends on not having hit the max in stolen goods.

    So I only managed to reproduce the reset once. It was that toon's first visit to the Rawl'kha fences, she has 0/110 stolen and 0/110 laundered. 1 pt in hiding, light fingers and trafficker. I laundered 13 items at Silolthen, then turned and talked to Thazahrr and the launder total said 0. Talked to Silolthen again and my launder total read 0 with him too. Left to steal some more stuff, came back and laundered, but from hereon there was no reset, both fences had the same numbers. It didn't matter that I left and came back, logged out and back in, sold more stuff, laundered more stuff. It seemed to be working just fine. I took two other characters over there and couldn't get that reset to happen. I also stood there, talked to them with 50/50 sold and 50/50 laundered and then put a second point in Trafficking and they correctly read 50/110 for both. I know I have seen it zero before after putting a point in Trafficking though, it is just...not easy to reproduce it. Guess that is what makes these bugs hard to fix! works fine most of the time, then a one-off and it resets:p

    Bug List and Suggestions

    -Great balance across all classes and builds, but hybrid builds weaker than pure min/max builds

    -Best patch ever, extremely good work. However need more ways for players to adapt to the changes, like account wide alliance war rank, and account wide vet levels.

    -Vigor extremely important for stamina builds in PVP and too difficult to aquire, forcing people to use magicka until they get it

    -Momentum and cleanse not gaining +healing benefits from champion system, maybe not from anything. Havent tested vigor

    -Venom arrow not interrupting people who are casting but using a damage shield. Other interrupts might not be working against damage shields either, contributing to overpowered damage shields

    -Unresponsive controls still a problem when being targeted by multiple enemies in pvp or when cyrodil is lagged. The game ignores your button presses.

    -Heavy attacks sometimes dont work, particularly with melee weapons

    -Melee light/heavy attacks sometimes completely miss even when perfectly in range and on target. Suggested fix: larger cone for melee attacks

    -Champion points in light/medium/heavy armor dont appear to work

    -Unclear what the champion passive in shadow "nimble" does. Reduces damage taken while dodge rolling, doesn't everything already miss when dodge rolling? (besides things like curse and aoe effects)

    -Can be stunned twice in a row, after stun breaking, if hit at the exact milisecond before the stun immunity applies.

    -Scattershot stun and uppercut knockback sometimes are unbreakable

    The number of total skill points listed at the top of the Skills (K) page is not correct for my character that was copied over from the NA server. My character has around 308 total skill points but the Skills page displayed a total of 299. Given the skill point reset with 1.6, the correct total number of skill points needs to display.

    According to the 1.6.2 Patch Notes, all Provisioning items named "sake" have been converted to "mazte." In Bruma, in Cyrodiil, I just found a Sweet Scamp Sake Recipe. Shouldn't that be Sweet Scamp Mazte Recipe instead?

    With 1.6.2 my werewolf template could not bite and turn my friend, even though we were at the ritual site and I had taken the passive to bite other players. The prompt to devour appeared upon transformation, but hitting the correct button did nothing. When I looked away from my friend, the prompt vanished and never came back. Tested on copied Live character and it worked :/ Bug- reported, number 150210-001258

    There are problems when riding mounts. First, as soon as you mount your horse, it fires like a rocket for a second before returning to its normal speed. Second, while riding, the horse will come to a complete stop occasionally for no reason at all. Third, my Light Horse from 1.5 has a 75% Speed Rating. In 1.6, t only has 60 points for Speed. Where did the other 15 points go?

    I think Speed now goes from 0 to 60, instead of 15 to 75.

    Wrecking blow grants Empower Buff 20% increased damage for next attack.
    However, when I use Wrecking Blow and then use biting jabs, biting jabs does still the same amount of damage.

    My normal Tooltip of Biting jabs says 488 damage. When i use Wrecking Blow and go check Biting Jabs window, it says 585 damage. It still does same dmg as with 488 Tooltip though. So is it a tooltip bug or does the increased damage not work?

    While assigning skill points on new template character and using passives it seemed to get stuck and unable to assign any more. While clicking and trying to assign, it made the noise like it was happening but there was no changes made, quitting and restarting game fixed this.

    Imperial edition not showing up on template character even though it was purchased. No mounts showing up to use but when piebald horse purchased I could use this as a mount. (I thought this was only a mount skin)

    Strange purple red glow or aura appears under the VR10 mammoths in Riften when in combat. It dissapears after death. Not sure if this is intended but it looks odd.

    I was informed that "my item durability was lost" "when you die", when I didn't die nor was I even hit at all. The armor did appear to have lost some durability.

    Copied character got a sad, older, more tired look when donning any of her costumes and then reverted to normal after removing them. Also after removing pieces of her armor the sad droopy face stuck. After re logging it went back to young, refreshed and beautiful. Tried it again and this seems to be happening after donning the Draugr polymorph and then changing to another costume. Weapon swap also brought on droopy face.

    I'm not sure if this is intended but ppl in my guild reported wrecking blow and stampede insta kill people, I havn't encountered this myself however.

    Dodge skills lets staff heavy attack insta kill for 40-50k dmg not sure if this was fixed didn't see anything about it in patch notes 1.6.2

    If one of the characters from different faction on the same account set haderus as home campaign, using another character form the same account to get into cyrodil with group que makes the game crash once the next time its used you can go in with your group, the crash happends to all players inside the group.

    The chef's hat covers my Argonian's eyes. How is Slurg supposed to cook without seeing? That is a safety hazard and was bug reported.

    I originally posted this in the feedback thread,but then realised so it's now in here as I'm sincerely hoping this is a bug.

    Could someone check if vampires taking more fire damage in 1.6 than 1.5 is intended or perhaps an oversight? Initially raised in this thread.Perhaps the scaling of the enchants needs looking at? (comparisons in this thread)

    It would take all (3) Fire Glyphs (10.5%) and all 24 starting points spent in the Elemental Defender Star in The Lady constellation (9.2%) to get close to the value of a SINGLE Fire Glyph on Live, which is 23.8%. It will actually take 41-44 points in Elemental Defender + the (3) Glyphs to be exactly the value of that Glyph on Live or 88 points and no Glyphs. Granted we'll have 10% less weakness.
    Calculations all in the quotes but essentially:
    On PTS right now, even with the 40% weakness instead of 50%, it looks like Vampires are going to take FAR more damage from Fire than Live.

    It would take all (3) Fire Glyphs (10.5%) and all 24 starting points spent in the Elemental Defender Star in The Lady constellation (9.2%) to get close to the value of a SINGLE Fire Glyph on Live, which is 23.8%.


    And while they are looking at it could they check if there is indeed an undocumented nerf to Dark Elf Fire resist as suggested in this thread

    I'd really, REALLY like to try out the 3600 points on my transferred over character, but I've only got 72 CP, instead of the 3600 CP I can get on a template character.

    Could you please fix this issue, Zos?

    Or, at least make all of the different gear sets available for experimentation?

    I've been testing the Guards today, only got killed once and that was when I discovered that being Kill on Sight in an inn and getting spotted in the inn resulted in not being able to leave the inn. Cannot kill the guard, cannot run away! I hope that is a bug! Otherwise, try cc'ing them. I knocked back the one chasing me and sprinted off, rolling out of the (often invisible) talons and cc-breaking when they stunned me.

    I still get a noticeable "pause" when paying a bounty to them though, I only have used "flee" once but that was because I was talking to a friend and not paying attention when the timer ran out. (still got away though!)

    Really I was checking if I could still get to a refuge with a Kill on Sight bounty and in most areas it is possible to get there or to leave the city (and make your away to the outside refuge entrance).

    @ZOS - FEEDBACK ON 1.6.2:

    Nightblade class - Transfer passive:
    1 Ultimate point every 6 seconds LITERALLY means 10 more Ultimate points per minute with Siphoning spamming. So this is one more drop of Veil of Blades every 25 minutes. Do you do math, sometimes? :\

    (Tip 1: There should be 2 seconds cooldown at worse, and no cooldown at best - just as it was before. The Ultimates aren't ground-breakers anyway.)
    (Tip 2: There should be 2 Ultimate points gain - at this moment, there's no difference between 1 and 2 Skill Points invested in Transfer passive now, it gives only 1 Ultimate in both cases.)

    Nightblade class - Impale:
    You didn't need to stealth-nerf the damage. The short range of the ability made it inferior to Endless Fury/Mages' Wrath anyway, now it can't even do enough damage to be worth slotting along with regular damage abilities. It's crippling to nerf execute ability for any DPS class.

    Nightblade class - Magicka builds (general):
    As already said, you should not decrease the cost of Funnel Health/Swallow Soul, but increase its damage. This class needs more DPS, not sustainability. Magicka Nightblades do less DPS than Heavy Armored Dragonknight now. That's brilliant, thank you ZOS! :D

    Can you not create the template, and then you have 3600 CP across your account? Or does the templated CP not go account-wide?

    Agree with this. Now when veil is gone, third of DPS is lost. Funnel/Cripple/Sap should be significantly boosted to compensate it. The resource management is fine, but DPS is horribly low. The Grim Focus is not helping - It should trigger more often and use only one cast.

    I did a test. I made a best build i can make with template stuff for funnel mage, 5light, 2heavy destro/resto. Then i changed destro staff to Advancing Yokeda 2H sword + jewelry from same set. The just opened Forward Momentum and Wrecking Blow, and i did MORE damage. Wrecking Blow won by 1K Funnel Health. And this was with wrong build, no stamina points, all magicka enchants and no passives opened in 2H.

    There is one bug with a Nightblade ability.
    I am not sure how it is called. But you basically create a red field around, which absorbs health from nearby targets and it heals you.

    It also heals you, when no enemy is nearby. You can spam it and heal yourself up.
