    Kahjit passive Carnage, first point put into the passive gives more critical rate then second or third point.

    Enlightenment didn't seem to transfer through out my character. I got enlightenment on my sorc, but 2 days later I logged on my VR1 and had no enlightenment. Figure this is probably due to me not logging in with my VR1 the same day as I logged onto my VR 14. Champion point exp didn't transfer to my alt either (he has 860 xp for champion points compared to 27844 xp on main didn't fix itself when I relogged, nor did xp gain from my at seem to contribute to the champion point exp on my main. Alt gained 500 xp main gained 0 xpand lost all the enlightenment bonus it had earlier).

    Dont know if it is intended or not but sometimes when you fear blocking enemies they remain block even though they are feared. I assume it is not intended and go on. That happened couple times in duels that they didnt cc break it and remain blocked and face other way because of fear. If The reason they didnt cc break is they dont have stamina left then how so they block? And and even if they have little bit of their valueable stamina it would be drained by attacks.

    Keep crashing the game (was entirely stable since Weds) in trying to participate in Windhelm EP event today.
    got error 108 (7:5:2313:0) and then error 200 (7:4:409:597).
    No add-ons, direct to router T100 connection (yes I pay lots for that), very fast computer.
    These are the problems I experienced:
    • Server reset [in that] I was back four to five steps in history several times. Craglorn and Windhelm.
    • Logging out ended up taking me to Play screen not character selection screen 3x.
    • submitting a bug with /bug crashed game.
    • Stuck in stealth until quitting the game, coming back I was stuck still.
    • "E" to open door or pickpocket would not work, even after relogging or restarting game.
    • Starting game outside of launcher (with exe) did not resolve issues.
    • restarting computer did not help.
    • Nothing else running (virus etc) and ports open to game.

    Here are the list of bugs I've found so far:

    1. Improving your healing taken through using champion points and also possibly gear and enchants does not actually benefit momentum, rally, and maybe cleanse as well.

    2. There is some kind of set which heals you on ultimate use, and if you toggle overload on and off repeatedly it heals you forever making you invulnerable.

    3. Uppercut can still be interrupted even though its a melee ability with a cast time. This makes it unusable against crushing shock and poison arrow spammers, or people who spam bash in melee range.

    4. Ranged heavy attacks are still uninterruptable.

    5. Stamina regeneration feels like it bugs out sometimes and is too slow.

    6. There doesn't seem to be a cooldown on the spell absorbption passive in the lady, which allows low max health characters to constantly replenish their magicka from taking 20% of their health in damage.

    7. Stacking damage shields still bugs out your health bar and it can be impossible to tell what your health is actually at. Sometimes it looks like you have a damage shield when you don't, and sometimes it doesn't correctly show that you have a damage shield.

    8. Purge doesn't dispell the undaunted set tether heal.

    Bombard and the other aoe burning bow morph were not dmging npcs in towns to kill groups of them. They simple stood there and ignored those two attacks all together as if nothing happened.

    It appears that WW received an in combat magicka regen bonus on the PTS. There is still a discrepancy between live non ww regen and pts non ww regen. It's higher on live than on pts:

    Idk if someone already reported it, but the new alliance ability "guard" doesn't work well, it only intercepts 1 projectile , after that it stops to work.

    - There is a unbreakable loop that any character that does not have enough money or valued assets to pay bounty will be difficult to exit from and never be able to get bank funds to pay.

    - Fence does not buy normal items
    - Merchant in Outlaw Refuge only pays miniscule reduced prices for items so w/o high value items in inventory - no luck
    - You will never be able to enter a bank under bounty in order to get gold to pay.

    Only EP character I had for today stress test was an Enchanter Mule with no gold ATM and a Temper-Booster-Trait-Motif Alt with no gold. I will not sell KUTA or Alloy-Wax-Rosin (on live) for 2g just to pay a bounty!

    Don't expect me to even waste time on the Justice System on any character that I don't want to ONLY play as a pure Thief with the proper assets to start with.

    With practically every container marked as steal in every city - There is no harvesting there is only stealing.

    I would suggest adding a normal banker to all outlaw refuges or add normal bank to the Fences. Considering you may want to transfer fenced items to other characters but have to leave the refuge to do normal banking.


    150130-001071 Bug
    Unable to travel-to-guild member from outlaw refuges. Some players say you can still travel-to-Friends but I didn't have any on when attempted.

    150130-001196 - The Murderer achievement under the Justice System never recognizes any murders I commit. It remains stuck at 0 regardless of how many citizens I kill.

    Mage Guild Line needs to be looked at and tuned. The current Entropy stacked with Might of the Guild passive is overboard (compared to all other passives in the game) and you can stack 40% extra spell power. This is why people are reporting 15k - 20k hits in pvp. If not addressed it will be the next exploit.

    Port to player bug when playing multiple factions on the same pvp server is the other bug, that is currently on live and needs to be addressed badly. This has ruined pvp on many levels. Example: I play AD on Chillrend, but my faction is losing to EP so I log on to my EP alt, but can't enter Chillrend because my AD main is there. All I have to do is group up with someone in Chillrend on my EP alt and use the "port to player" to enter the campaign.

    150130-001397 - Within the Justice System, whenever a guard prepares to land a killing blow or when I pay my bounty to a guard, the game will freeze for a few seconds before resuming. For the killing blow, the freeze occurs before it and the next thing I usually see if the death recap.

    Still haven't heard back about my character not being copied over since they said it is being given to someone else to look at. :( I really really want my main on PTS so I can test everything I am so use to using.......

    Not fear, tooltip says 2 enemies, and the Mass Hysteria morph affects 3 enemies with shortened duration.

    FEEDBACK ON JUSTICE SYSTEM:

    Heat cools off way to fast. I break in to someone's house, murder them, loot them and then loot a couple dressers and the Heat has dropped to disreputable by the time I leave the house.

    Also - the bounty is useless deterent.
    After I murder someone I incur a bounty somewhere around 65g. I loot two items off them each worth 30g and then search the house and might get an item worth 180g or more, if not at least 30g. Thus it is a guaranteed profit to murder someone in their house and head for the refuge.

    Speaking of loot - what the dickens are these things that are worth 180g or more. I looted a piece of junk that I sold to the fence for 270g. I cleaned out the upper floor of the Inn in Rawl'kha as well as the bedroom in the Fighters Guild and Mages Guild and easily made a quick 900g or so - not even including the kiosk value of the recipe and motif which I laundered for a mere 14g each.

    I've put in tickets for these, but posting them here as well.

    1) Nightblade passive Magicka flood appears to not be actually increasing max magicka. Slotting siphoning abilities registers no change in max magicak on the character screen. So either the buff isn't working, or it's not registering on the stat.

    2) The tooltips for the light armor ability Prodigy and the medium armor ability Agility each say they require a 'full set' in order to activate. The heavy armor ability Bracing still says it needs '5 pieces'. Is there supposed to be this difference? And I assume that 'full set' means '7 pieces', but, for crying out loud, could you just say requires 7 pieces so that there's no ambiguity? Would that be so hard?

    3) Stealth is completely broken in AVA. I pop in and out of stealth for absolutely no reason, running through a field, no enemies, nothing around. Keep npc's apparently can see everything for miles around, even more impossible to stealth in proximity to keeps and resources than it was before. And with PC opponents, I can maybe get close enough to drop ambush once, but once I'm out of stealth I stay out until I pretty much leave the field of battle entirely. Cloak works, but as soon as it's cycled I'm out of stealth again.

    Basically, stealth melee approach is completely gone. This had better be a bug. From some of the NB discussion, it appears that this could be an intentional change. If it is, well, I'm gone. Nuf said...

    Horses are now in the collectibles section of the main menu. Took me quite a while to figure out how to get it back.

    Check your Collections tab. It is automatically granted now, and is flagged as being bought from the crown store.

    [bugs] In using Werewolf abilities (note: I'm level 10 werewolf in Live and familiar with how it works)
    1. [150129-000153] Piercing Howl does not knock down any mobs or critters it's supposed to. Ever.
    2. [150129-000146] Infectious Claws causes Fear and uses ROAR animations, I believe it is a copy of the ability Roar and not Infectious Claws at all.
    3. Using Devour breaks one out of Transformation, (even while being hit) before 3 sec timer is up, I use timer to check. This has been often reported in Live so no bug report number.
