lol you have got to be joking, the fix for your f*** up is a complete redownload almost at 27+gb, zenimax you really try my patience, this is utterly ridiculous, every person affected should be reinstated a months playtime at this rate, truly un f***believable.It just better bloody work. Ridiculous.

Please give a try to closing the launcher then restarting your PC. We know it seems basic, but it should help resolve the issue. If not, let us know and we'll be happy to continue helping!

I always do that before I post, shut everything down, restart and try again. It checks the download and stops at the same location 24% with only 4mb remaining.
Edit; after you guys pushed the second patch through I was able to download.

indeed, fix has been applied, but download speed is 300 kb/s...one more day to download file.. and dont tell me that is problem to our isp or whatever is, 20 Mb/s is for all other services, even wow launcher is downloading 2.5 Mb/s but hey we can at least download the game.. huraa

Don't fret that too much, infinite loading screens are a common issue after a patch of any sort. They happen as the client reconciles the new files.

The way I tackle it, if it's infinite loading on login, is based on the main theme tune. If the music finishes and starts the next track before the character select appears, I Alt+F4 out of the client and relaunch it. Usually goes through properly second time.

Sent another email on ticket Incident: 141111-002040 requesting compensation - but no reply on previous 2 emails yet. Hope it gets sorted without any hassle.

still nothing after about an hour of trying restarting, repairing etc

edit: after leaving the game to load for half an hour it finally went in

So while we all are downloading the few bytes requested and calculate with surgical accuracy how many days of game compensation to ask you, why don't you narrate us how did you detected the issue, the segnalation of whom was insightful themost and how did you solved?

I replied to my ticket last night stating which days I was unable to play and asking if I would receive anything. I haven't heard back just yet but if I do I'll let you know.
