    im one the the unlucky ones that bought the game yesterday and havent been able to play nor intall properly cause of this launcher fail...

    @ZOS_GaryA Will we possibly get any compensation for this? If it's only fixed by Friday a lot of us will have been unable to play our (newly purchased) game for 3-4+ days, which is real sad :(

    Last time there was an epic screw up that stopped people from actually being able to play, they did roll out some free time.

    Personally, since this has screwed up Sunday to Friday, I would hope (not expect, but hope) to see five days free time.

    Well, few words from me, as a player that played any popular MMO on the market and bought ESO today.

    I don't know who is responsible for this "bug", but this is just funny and pathethic at the same time.

    Developers from any MMO on the market treat their customers more seriously then you guys at ZOS.

    People are paying money in here to be able to play your product. And all you do is just auto respond everyone with your same *** answer.


    I understand in game bugs, server instability, client technical problems. But for god's sake, INSTALLATION PROBLEMS?

    How hard can it be to launch a quick fix to this problem?


    Or i guess im used to Frontier's Development VIP customer service, when there's a bug in their game, they launch 5 patches in 20 hours to make people happy. You guys not only charge monthly fees for playing this game, but it looks like you don't give a *** with your community support service.

    Add me to the list of above complainants, ticket ref 141113-000022, tried all remedies in the above thread none worked, cost me a months download allowance, additional money for more downloads, and you laughingly billed my subscription within the time period of been unable to play. 6 days compensation is expected at least, as that is the time i have lost in access, during what is a weeks holiday time for me too. Out of pocket, blown the monthly download allowance cost additional money, no access.Also look into developing a new launcher tool as this one has been god awful from beta onwards ,its a damn mess always has been, also please stop the screw ups and sort yourselves out, the game when its accessable and working is great, the laundry list of issues that come with it is disgraceful.

    I dowloaded the NA version and it works perfectly.
    But I want to play on EU version.
    So I tried the manipulation above and on this page : http://www.gameskinny.com/85tfx/elder-scrolls-online-how-to-change-servers-on-pc-with-pictures to change my NA serveur into an EU one.

    When i hit repair, I instantly run into the same message error than when I use it after dowloading the game on EU serveur : memory size error.

    Edit : Impossible to say if it's related to the current problem, or if this simply doesn't work anymore.

    @Wolfess that might just be a tweet about the 1.5.3 patch which broke (didn't patch everything it should have), though I wouldn't be surprised if that was when they fixed the issue as well.

    Fingers crossed it's done earlier, I have a war to be fighting! Sitting on TeamSpeak with my guild unable to help in PVP was horrible last night. :'(

    @Turelus I hope so but I fear for it :( I've spent the past 2-3 days staring at YouTube vids of char creation and builds just so I'd feel the tiniest bit involved and maybe less sad about not being able to play my brand new game with my friends ;_;
