    Compensation for my lost 3 days would be nice, but I'm not going to cry if I don't. Right now I just want to install the game and play it.

    Same here, spent time on something else while waiting. They are working on it, so just knowing we will soon get to play is good enough for me.

    Yep, I thought i'd be playing Skyrim, but I ended up playing through KOTOR again. Which has proven surprisingly fun and nostalgic.

    Hey everyone,

    We're getting very close to a fix, it seems like the ETA is within the hour. No promises, but give it a shot around 3PM Eastern (~45 minutes from this post) and let us know if it works.

    We know a lot of this thread is starting to revolve around compensation, and we certainly understand that. Here's a post from Amelia related to game time compensation:
    Compensation of lost game time due to issues like this are dealt with on an individual basis. When contacting our Support Team with your host.developer and Game Consultant files (for those who haven't done so), feel free to mention the day you first encountered this issue so that an agent can look into providing you with compensatory game time. If you've already been in contact with an agent, you can follow up in the same ticket to discuss compensation for lost game time.

    tl;dr, if you have a ticket, feel free to ask for some time. If you don't, you're welcome to open one up here. We prefer that you request compensation when the issue is resolved and you are logged in to the game. That way you only have to submit one ticket. Hope that makes sense!

    The person I first sent a ticket to has said they're keeping it open, so I guess I might hear from them about compensation when they close it.

    Came here to confirm the fix has been applied successfully, but you all are way ahead of me. Glad to hear your downloads are progressing as intended. We really appreciate everyone's patience as we worked to resolve this, and we're very happy to hear you'll all be back in Tamriel soon. :)
