    Dungeon leveling - ok so for folks that hold off on solo dungons at their level because it is too hard - they will always be too hard now because they level up to your level no matter what? No on off button like vet? This is a problem for some folks - folks have different skill levels and now you are saying to heck with that folks that aren't great ? Find someone to do it with or to hell with the dungeons for you?

    This is a contradictory position because if you "aren't great" you wouldn't be able to solo the vast majority of the regular dungeons anyway even at vr14.

    Thank you for changing the shades of red that really matters and the grouping system sucks but you are adding "Goodbye sock puppet mouth, hello lip-synch! We have completed the implementation of the basic FaceFX pipeline, processed over 100,000 lines of dialogue and completed the phoneme creation for all of the races in the game. Facial animations will now synchronize with the dialogue they are speaking. There are some specific monsters that are not updated yet because they do not share the standard “human” animation rig, but these will be updated in the future." that really helps when you are on your nightblade and it locks up or you have to stack all the crap in the guild bank because you can't give us the technology that has been out for over a decade.It is the stupid stuff like that is why people are leaving.But you are listen to the feedback lol right only the people that is crying because they took a @#$ whooping in pvp so all the other classes but them are OP.FEEDBACK FEEDBACK LISTEN The patch notes are starting to look like WoW NERF NERF DONE

    Seems my account cancellation is going to take effect on Nov. 3.
    Crafting writs are non-group PvE dailies.

    However I would also like to see them introduce some soloable Fighters/Mages Guild dailies in the future.

    There are crafting writs for every major city which means they added a LOT more solo PvE dailies than just the 2 undaunted group ones.

    Justice system will have bandit hideouts to clear out for PvE.
    Spellcrafting will be unlocked through solo PvE exploration in delves.

    The writs can be found in every major city. you can only do one per craft every 20 hours.

    Is every Dwemmer ruin good for dropping this new style material and automatons?
    Yes, you should be able to find these materials in any Dwemer ruin.

    We missed two important Werewolf notes when we originally posted the full Update 5 PTS patch notes. Our apologies. They have been added to the original post. The additions are:
    • Devour: This ability's cooldown period has been reduced from 20 seconds to 7 seconds.
    • Having the Werewolf skill line now increases your Stamina regeneration by 15% in both Human and Werewolf forms. (You do not need to have a Werewolf ability on your skill bar.)

    This is what I like seeing ZOS, I appreciate you responding to my post, @ZOS_JessicaFolsom . Would you, or anybody else at ZOS, be able to tell us when the rest of these features will be implemented? if at all?
    • “Negative” effects will no longer affect you while Transforming. No more wasted Ultimate because a Disorient hits you halfway through the Transformation!
    • We've reduced the cooldown of Devour and made (Devour) so it is no longer Interrupted by taking damage.
    • The Pack Leader Morph will add to the "Werewolf" counter for the Werewolf and any Werewolf allies nearby instead of adding Ultimate.

    I would certainly say that the first point on this list is very important for PvP; I would also think that the second point is probably very important for PvE. Are these features in the pipeline? I would certainly be disappointed if they're not, especially after a member of ZOS's staff came out to reassure the werewolf players of ESO that their concerns were being taken care of.

    @Cogo I would laugh until my sides hurt if werewolves actually became TOO powerful. I don't think we are even near them becoming overpowered with the changes ZOS is making. Perhaps they might actually be a threat at this point though, which would be very welcome.

    I guess you seem to forget what the world Listen means. I can listen to what somebody says and still not do what they want me to do or cannot do what they want me to do. Just because they have not help a group of people now does not mean they were not listening to them or their feedback. It just means either the problem not in their short term plans or its part of their long term plans to fix things. They already stated that classes are getting a lot of fixes in update 6. If you find some of the fixes in the next update not suitable, you never will because it is hard to please everybody.

    Certain settings on character creation cause severe clipping issues. I wish this could be fixed, or allow us to edit characters after creation. If this character was brand new I'd just make another, but I didn't notice the problem until he was already vr7.

    So 6 crafting dailies compared to 2 dungeon dailies.

    No problem, you rock @ZOS_JessicaFolsom, thank you for doing your job as Community Manager. If there's anything I have to give ZOS credit for, it's their customer service and their correspondence with their player base. You may not be able to please everyone, and believe me I've been displeased with a few recent changes, but I really appreciate you guys actually taking the time to respond to my concerns.

    So i was testing some more today...and figured out why they reduced the cast time on Snipe like they did.

    It was to get rid of Super Burst attacks.

    Basically on live right now if you're far enough away..I can do Lethal Arrow/Charge heavy and release followed by Venom Arrow+Light attack. If you're really unlucky and a vampire you'll hit 3-4 Camo hits at once as well..This can instant kill even Emperors.

    On PTS, since the Cast time of Snipe is so low now..the arrow travel time has also decreased (its part of the animation) Meaning I can now do Lethal Arrow/Lethal Arrow quicker...but I can't do Lethal Arrow/Charge heavy/venom/light attack....I'd only be able to do Lethal/Venom/light now... Lethal arrow/Lethal Arrow also won't get the 2-3 hit bonus that the old setup got against Vampires Either.

    So it does cut down on some of the burst you can do with Bow.

    Im seeing bow damage from stealth over 2k against 1950 armor ... that is to much imo...

    Kind of interesting, I love that they made it this way for lore reasons however I can just see it now... when this goes live... everyone and their sister is going to running through what Dwemer ruins are actually in the game... which ain't many. Gonna be funny, I guess if you need the Dwemer Constructs destroyer achievement... just wait... lol... you'll get it with this update for sure.


    On a side note so far I just love the changes in this update, all around good job if all this goes live. My DK WW thanks you as well... lol.

    Weren't bows having an issue of being underpowered not too long ago? I'm not saying 2K damage in one shot is good, but it's nice to see bows having more competitive potential.

    Can anybody at ZOS tell me if this is a typo?
    • Evil Hunter: This ability now highlights vampire player characters in Cyrodiil.

    It makes sense to give this morph an extra buff, but seeing as "Camouflaged Hunter" was specified to be a morph of Expert Hunter just previous to this...
    • Camouflaged Hunter (Expert Hunter morph): This ability now only applies to the first hit of the ability Twin Slashes.

    ...I have a suspicion that this buff is to Expert Hunter and thus both of it's morphs. Please do update us as soon as you can ZOS, I'd like to know if Camouflaged Hunter will highlight vampires for me to sneak attack.

    I tried the crafting writs in Stonefalls, right after the new tutorial, but NONE worked!
    What happens? i take the quest, i.e. enchanting, at the job board...but then even if i complete part(make a certain gliph + gathering runes) or all the tasks, the quest does not update (and i cannot click again the job board).

    How is the dks reflective scales.now that it reflects silver shards as well? Super op now? If so I'm rerolling. Tired of two.dks taking on 20 people for 15 min. Tired of them spamming this abilitywhile I sit there with my bow hiding or trying to crippling grasp them while being a stam build and doing no dmg. I'm just tired of playing pvp against these gods.

    Im stunned that you did not nerf dk's again... How did you do that was out of my expectations.. Nightblade buff was IN my expectations lol anw.keep nerfing dk buffing nb i got both iso rediculus.

    The most horrible thing is that i was waiting for a paragraph like: we fixed cyrodiil dear pvp players we care about you as well not only about pve players and we made:
    no more crashes
    no more lag
    no more freezing screens
    no more rollbacks
    no more scrolls fly back home solo

    But then i said: dream on Nicko
    the mouth movement of argonian as you take a quest of his stolen eggs is way more important than the PvP MASSIVE breakdown that breaks our nerves dayily and we >pay< Every month for it:/

    Not even one official answer WHEN this will be fixed.

    Right now I usually just do lethal arrow followed by a charged heavy attack then venom arrow light attack combo. After the patch I can fire a lethal arrow followed by a second one before the first hits. It's to much damage.

    Lol, if even the archers themselves think they're doing too much damage now, then I really think this should be addressed. Ranged builds should never be 3x more powerful than melee builds.
