depends on price, i can do a year or two if it reduces to $5/mo with loyal player discount. Otherwise, I can't see myself keep sub after a few months down the road.

This "new content", when coupled with forced grouping mode (every mob is 5+ groups), are mostly unplayable for casual single players, which I am. Therefore these new content is practically meaningless to me.

Not very long if they don't make the game more viable for roleplay. As it stands right now, it's very difficult to roleplay consistently even with your friends, and bordering impossible to find random roleplay (which, I think most can agree, is the real treasure of MMO roleplaying).

I will sub for another month or two, but if they haven't made any progress by then, I see no reason to stay. Sad, really, since thousands of people have dreamed of roleplaying with others in this universe since like 1994, and those who have bought the game and subbed are disappointed while everyone else is staying away because they weren't naive enough to believe that roleplay could work with this ridiculous megaserver system.

Unsubbed shortly before the 1.2 patchnotes were released due to all the nightblade issues, especially in veteran content. Having seen their "list of fixes and balancing" has only reaffirmed my decision to not bother attempting to resub. It's almost like the devs can't seem to comprehend they need to fix everything that is broken before worrying about balancing content around things that don't work properly in the first place. For that matter, they may not even want to comprehend that they failed so horribly on fixing the game, or even admit that more things are broken than their tiny ass list of what they are working on, eventually, at some point, maybe in a few months.

But, hey, Matt Firor said he was finally starting to see a few things not working right on his nightblade, so it means the devs may have gotten their characters up past level 25 finally. Maybe there is some hope for those of you sticking it out, in the next year or so.

Compared to other MMO's I've played, ZOS jump onto bug fixes pretty swiftly, I think most if not all of the bugs I encounted during the early levels have been fixed now.

However even though I'm content, I think alot of players expected a more 'fleshed out' game, as alot of people have come from other MMO's that have been chucking out content for years, so I guess ESO feels a little limited to them. However ESO has the potential to be absolutely fantastic, and I think, at the current rate of content release, it's well on the way to becoming so, and I'm excited for the future. ^_^

I really don't see how people are still using this as a valid argument. Just a few days ago, another sub based MMO launched that is leaps and bounds ahead of ESO in every single way.

The development team at ZoS looked like amateurs from beta on, and we kept giving them the benefit of the doubt. Now, they just look foolish.

I'm happy that you are able to find enjoyment while continually having to lower your expectations, but for me enough is enough.

I will stick around for a month or so hoping they get the basic guilds (specifically Thieves, Dark Brotherhood) up and running. I can handle the new game bugs like broken quests and gliches. But I will not continue to play if these guys that make ESO do not complete the content that is included in the Elder Scrolls world instead of making new quests and areas and dungeons for VR players which I have never even heard of in the Elder Scrolls lore. I am a VR player myself. These guys need to get their priorities straight. You can't make an Elder Scrolls game without first including the stuff that makes the game The Game. Its bad enough that when they do add the basic guilds people are going to have to rearrange their guild, quest, skills based on the original (supposed to be) guilds of the game since we are only able to join 5 guilds at one time. Also the longer they wait to put those guilds in, the more it will cost to respec and shuffle around skill points (at least for those of use who are actively playing and leveling). All That are going to be left are bots and newbs at that point.

Every class can solo 3 veteran NPC`s without danger... its just the player that is the weak link here... or a bad build(again the player).

That's simply a lie (or trolling). You just CAN'T defeat three ranged mobs when they are spreading, it's a matter of pure luck not a skill. And blocking/dodging is not working because you are out of stamina after 2-3 hits, then you're dead. Interrupting? Is not working when mobs are spreading. Archer can shot arrows instantly after recovering from stun. Healer can instantly heal from 10% to 80%. Shamans throws some green *** instantly, and you can't dodge it neither interrupt.

I don't have any problems with pure melee mobs, I can deal with 3-4-5 easily, but ranged are nearly impossible (if you are not sorcerer with unlimited mana pool of course).

Actually I have no probs with three right now. Learn to use your skill set better. I am a NB and I use inv, surprise attack, and power slam to get through a three mob set. Sometimes if the boss is immune I may have probs, but I keep my mana potions handy also.

I already canceled, made it to vr6 with my NB, found the goal of vr10 more then enough, and then knowing they raise the cap to vr12, made me quit.

I hate leveling more then anything, and leveling in ESO = AIDS.
Cant skip zones without losing skillpoints, quests and exploring Sky shards forces you to suffer tru the zones.

I just enjoyed the pvp with my friends ( the only thing i ever wanted to do ), reminded me alot of DAoC.

I wont renew my sub to ESO unless the remove vr12, and they wont.

In the first Weeks it was awesome even with all the Bugs, good Story, nice Places etc. With Vet12, No Content - Craglorn was nice, for a weekend at least, but not more... No Reward/Bad Loot - why run Dungeon's over and over again when there is nothing to get? No Real PvP, just zergalot, boring as hell! Instead of pushing all Classes to a High Level, nerf the *** out of them - big mistake Zenimax... Too many exploits, still no Anti Cheat, reporting anything is useless. Other MMO's have Game Master or whatever that help you if anything goes wrong, in ESO you can write a mail and wait 5 Days for a automated reply - fail! Content? ofc! soon Vet100 Grind, no thx...

I cancelled a while ago, too many features missing, feels too stripped down barebones for an MMO, doesn't have an elder scrolls feel but has the skin. I am having more fun playing Skyrim than I am with ESO and that's sad :( I expected more for an Elder Scrolls MMORPG but I guess I expected too much, developers these days aren't THAT good.

Oh well, all I can do is say good luck to ESO, hope they can keep that sub model going and maybe fix/add to the game with the profits, would be nice if there was more communication.

This. People really want this game to be good. Last I heard there wasn't even a questioner after you cancel to explain why you left. This is the only way that people can explain to zos why they left in hopes that things will change. I'm not seeing many trolls here. Just a lot of sad, dissapointed people

I had cancelled, I resubbed for one month when they opened up PTS to everyone. I was a beta tester. There are two forced solo quests that I am unable to complete because the devs have chosen not to fix the issues.
    1. The harvester in each of those 2 quests spams her healing orbs and attacks.
    2. The npc who comes with doesn't fight - in the level 30 main quest lyris and tharn run out of health - in the level 43 fg quest, Meric just stands there doing nothing unless he gets attacked, then he fights whatever attacks him and goes back to standing next to the sees all colors.
    3. My attacks randomly don't work, when they should. I'm know the difference between being stunned and such.

These two need to be fixed ASAP @ZOS_GinaBruno‌ @ZOS_BrianWheeler‌

I still think that ZOS has made the wrong decision to force solo with the FG, MG and main story, but at least fix them so even an average player can win.

I'll abandon this game a few month later.
My daily work is little busy. I'll be busy again from June.
Maybe, I don't have much time to play slow speed game like a ESO.

I'm tired of ZOT lazy and stupid work.I'm exhausted.

ZOT can't fix nothing. Last day, I saw black door in dasheen area.Maybe It's
a texture bug.Last day,I met another quest blocker. And, many bugs still remain. Moreover, new bug pop up from last patch data.Horrible game balance
doesn't improve nothing! Craglorn? Oh yea, new contents which is anticipated.I don't care Craglorn thing. Before make new contents, fix core game system.

For ZOT, are you money sucker?
    My playing time Mon-Friday UTC13:00-16:00 [PC-NA] CP over2000 now.

I think he means Wildstar. I don't know anything about how less problematic it is. All I know is it's ESO I want to play, not a cartoon looking thing.

And what I want to play is the ESO of the compelling 1-50 gameplay and story-line.

After that the stroy makes no sense and gameplay becomes a grind. But up until then it's great. It means when my 6 month sub expires I'll be moving on sadly. But up until L50 i have a good time.

In general i am disappointed in what state ESO is in this moment. My main concern is that ZOS can't see and/or communicate in what direction they will take this game. I was very interested in this game and still think it had great potential. Lot of guys at ZOS dropped the ball. My interest in ESO is fading day by day. I lost trust in capability of ZOS to take it in right direction . They are bleeding players and still think that they should just push little harder in same direction. That is totally wrong - they should make drastic changes and probability to save the thing is very low. Hey - if i am in thinking like this - it means that *** hit the fan.

The only thing this poll proves, is that as of me writing this... 25% of all people who took these polls cancelled... are no longer players, yet still lurk the forums ---- this explains so many QQers which are different than those providing constructive feedback.

Okay I've said my piece, on to another thread. :grinning: Feel free to say how you disagree and why, but know that I will never read it. No reasoning in the world can change that view as I know --- as an avid gamer for quite a long time --- when I cancel a subscription to a game or decide to stop playing it.... I don't lurk the forums --- I go play other games and be done with it. Nice troll trap without you even realizing it poll op!

Free to play is a very weak way to sell games. I don't regret a single subscription I have paid in over 15 years.

Anyone who can't pay $15 dollars a month should really be budgeting better, or not playing games.

Then you get the ADHD generation who can't stick to one game for half a month.
