Set is fully backbarable, buff scales dynamically.
so you will slot funnel health and soul tether backbar? /facepalmAh yes, and while I am at it, cost reduction is a very effective sustain tool.
What cost are you going to reduce on back bar, siphoning attacks that cost health? You get ZERO sustain from this set.Set is cool now. Can stay this way. Don't do anything drastic. After 2.5 years you might now actually have found a good, fair and thematically fitting design for this set.
You are not going to use this set because there are a gazillion better sets to run, you know it, i know it. You whole goal is to make sure the set remains irrelevant.
I'm done with this dicussion, this set may drain my ultimate but you are draining my IQ with this discussion.
This is completely besides the point. I merely pointed out the functionality can pretty much come close to ET, by granting an even more controlled trigger for a %-damage buff. Your response to that was that it wasn't comparable, because ET is backbar-able, but so is the new damage buff on Soulcleaver. You can double-bar or single-bar it, whichever serves the purpose of your build best. Whether as a back-bar heal-set with carry-over damage buff, or a front-bar only offense, or a double-barred body set (as mostly on live).t.
- you suggest its comparable to ET
- i explain is not because ET is backbareable, provides a strong sustain buff on top of the damage
- you reply soulclever is backbareable too
- i explain why it doesnt make sense backbar
- "thats besides the point"
/facepalm
Let it go, you can't pull two arguments that make sense or dont contradict each other.

it works, too.
my playtime on eso has dropped from hours to minutes almost overnight.
working as intended?
So...the existence of optional tasks for cosmetics made you lose interest in whatever you were just spending hours on just yesterday? Seems odd.

I did not know what all that was going to entail. Suffice it to say - ESO has disappeared. It's an entirely separate game from what it was.
Three Factions, choose one, seems like based on Philosophy and not race this time. Main quests, side quests, boss fights, Competition (PvP ?) etc etc etc
I don't think there really is anything that actually is left that defines ESO anymore, IMHO
I really don't understand the anger that the group content quarter has group content? This time of year was always dungeons. I can understand the people that expected more dungeons and are disappointed it's Night Market instead. I don't understand the people that wanted solo content or questing. This quarter hasn't been solo content for like a decade.

People have been complaining on the forums about others speed running through dungeons for months and ZOS’s only response to this has been that they are working on solo instances for dungeons. Those are being rolled out slowly (2 dungeons are slated to be released later this year) so be prepared to wait.
I actually don't want solo dungeons. I like grouping for dungeons. Its just they should have more options so speed runners can have fun and slower players can take their time. Solo dungeons doesn't solve anything.
Then forming your own group will be your best option forward. While I understand your frustration, expecting the devs to fix this in a way you prefer is like wishing for rain water in hell, it likely won’t happened.
Can you not adjust these frequencies in your personal systems equalizer settings?

look at the game logo
go and watch any cinematic of the game, there are always 3 side in this story
thats unique thing about ESO, this is what distinguishes ESO from other games
2 team bg are just generic and boring like in any other game with PVP mode

It's pretty obvious right from the start that the intent was to rebuild Cyrodiil PvP in a way that would allow large populations.
We might have hoped they'd gotten a lot closer to what is live right now before performance started to degrade, but evidently that's not the case.
If they conclude that Vengeance is now about as complicated as they can make the game, that just means over the past 10 years what they added to the game vastly exceeded capacity of the infrastructure.
If anyone wants to be angry with ZOS over something, that would be it. Not that they're finally stop promising what they cannot deliver.
That is not entirely accurate. After around the second test, it started becoming clear that the intent may have been to replace live Cyrodiil with Vengeance, but before that, most of the PvP playerbase understood these tests very differently. A lot of people genuinely believed they were being run to help fix Gray Host and give the devs data on what was actually causing the lag there.
Even by the third test, plenty of players still thought these were just performance tests and not the groundwork for a separate replacement mode. ZOS never clearly presented Vengeance as an entirely different game mode early on. That only really became explicit during the December tests, when Brian confirmed it on the livestream.
