The problem with "flirting" (as far as I know, flirting takes two consenting people engaging in it together, otherwise it's just catcalling) in the game was that there was no way to reject it. Being able to give Jakarn a good punch on the nose to stop his remarks would have been acceptable to me. Still wouldn't make it well-written, from my point of view. Romantic interactions are more than randomly yelling "Hey good-looking!" at someone.
I'm going to diverge here - some people are just flirty and punching someone as a response to flirting is a bit much.
I also don't view this as romantic, it's just part of his skeezy personality since he's actually quite insincere. Fortunately there are not many characters like this.
I understand your point, but for me being able to completely shut down part of his personality would fall into the realm of further sanitizing the environment of the game.

I parse high enough to complete trial trifectas, but I despise LA weaving bc it can be so janky and feels disruptive to a rotation especially with skills that have a cast time. I know some people view it as a talent flex and will defend it to the death, but I always saw it as just a necessary evil if I wanted to get on a roster for the hardest content in the game.
I was glad when ZOS introduced other ways to get high damage that wasn't so focused on LA perfection, not just bc I hate LA, but bc I saw more players try endgame raiding.
I hope ZOS gets rid of it altogether.

I was pointing out why I was glad I was invited in order to counteract some of the statements that guild invites are bad and should stop, and giving my experience with the guild to counteract some of the statements that the guild does nothing but troll and be toxic.
Just curious, @Deserrick . How would you feel about 10 or 20 guilds tossing you invites simultaneously every time you visit a popular wayshrine?
Neutral. Just like how I feel if invited to a group or duel. If I have space for another guild, I might accept the invite, read the about segment, and see if it suits me to stay in.
Appreciate the reply. You have a commendable level of tolerance! I can't imagine many folks would be unbothered by instantly receiving 15 simultaneous invites from 15 guilds every time they arrive at a popular wayshrine.

The way I see it, only the glitching is the problem. Without it, it is a single invite, not harassment.
It's harassment to the community and game as a whole. I have zero interest in going with a back and forth with you.
You already tried to shut down the concern by saying the forums are a small part of the community. Yet even on the steam forums people were complaining about this years ago. I have no clue why you're adamant on defending this.The boards are a very small portion of the community.
Can't launder pickpocketed Guild Citations from Mara boxes
Title pretty much says it all. On PC NA.
If you pickpocket a mara box from the event, and it has a citation, you can't launder it. This feels like a bug, as characters with maxed guild lines are essentially punished.

Except this isn't just "the boards". It's not just the forums, it's not just Reddit, it's not even just zone chat in-game. I could ask almost anyone I know about the guild in question and they would know it as "the guild who spams invites". I know because I have asked people and that's the response I got.

The problem is two fold, it "glitching" and sending invites to people who decline, and mass inviting everyone if they don't have full guild slots already. New players are harassed by it and even when they do join, they get pushed over to a platform off the game just to stay in the guild.
There's nothing to defend here. The only good solution is to stop abusing an addon. Idc what chance say's, there is absolutely automation happening. You can use the addon, just don't park an alt account in a main city and have it auto press V.

As for the rest she definitely could've articulated this better, stating it was an immense struggle etc would have been better. I made a point before about the millennial writing and that too was considered problematic, for some reason it is a sensitive matter to acknowledge there's differences in quality of writing between generations. This is a reflection of that, people forget Zenimax has lost what, half their employees since Microsoft made those cuts?
All that said, I don't think this is a major deal, as long as they don't start using internet lingo. The "And stuff" line the player couldn't avoid using was much worse.
