Re: Hardware Refresh Work Update – March 31, 2023
Hi All, we wanted to update everyone regarding the remainder of the hardware refresh work. The work on Xbox EU is nearing completion and the hardware refresh will occur next week. We are doing the cutover during an extended maintenance on August 16 in Europe. The starting time is August 16 at 12:00am UTC (August 15 at 8:00pm EST) to the estimated end is August 16 at 3:00pm UTC (August 16 at 11:00am EST). Once the maintenance is complete, we will monitor the Xbox EU server performance. Thanks for your continued patience here.

Yes, you will still get the pet. No need to unsub and resub. If you are subscribed, you will get the pet. Pet granting may take some time, but everyone who signs up should get the pet by Aug. 25.

PC EU Maintenance - August 9 @ 11am EDT/5pm CEST
Hi everyone,
We will be taking the PC EU megaserver offline for a reboot maintenance beginning at 11am EDT/5pm CEST to address an issue where some players are getting disconnected when trying to zone into/out of certain instanced areas. We anticipate the maintenance to take approx. 1-2 hours.
