But what does it matter if they finish it earlier? All it does is mean they can unlock pages sooner, they aren't getting more rewards than anyone else, nor are they able to start unlocking next Season's rewards early or anything. If you're completing your Challenges you'll get the rewards either way, whether they take the whole Season or not. Getting them faster or slower doesn't change that you'll get them.I think it's too early to tell if the varying number of tome points in the challenges will matter all that much. For one thing, plenty of the rewards are next-to-useless for long-time players, and there's no need to claim them all. For another, you can't carry more than 2000 points to the next tome anyway, so it doesn't even make sense to try to stock up.
No, its not too early to tell. I got 25% less than someone else. That is a clear disparity, and we can see it right now. The person that got an extra 500 points currently has access to things that I do not, entirely because of rng. If their good luck and my bad luck hold, they can finish the tome a month earlier than I can, and require less grinding to get there. It shouldn't take me longer to get the same rewards, full stop.
i know this thread is about the Recall price, my comment was about the sale happening and not being skipped.twisttop138 wrote: »tomofhyrule wrote: »Ew, I really need that recall for one of my characters, and I did see a lot of nice stuff dropping today.
This also feels really bad considering that our typical April Crown sale didn’t come this year. Yeah, they’re never guaranteed, but still…
It was awkward enough watching the Direct stream and seeing how much of that was gonna be FOMO, but now that things keep getting more expensive and sales aren’t happening…
I mean, I guessed it was coming, but that doesn’t make it feel good.
the crown sale has been active for 10 hours on Playstation and Xbox, only pc fors does not have it yet
This is helpful for sure, but the point is that they priced stuff that high. It's been like this for quite awhile. $100+ houses for example. I would love to have this recall and I may because of the sale. The prices are a bit on the high side though, especially for a shop that also had gambling boxes.
now active on pc
Personally i am not shocked at the price of the Recall and Tharriker as they are similar in effects to the Apex tier Recalls and Mounts.
Mounts with effects similar to Radiant or Apex Mounts are also usually around 4 or 5000 crowns.
examples of those kinds of mounts:
- Voideater Durzog
- Hollowjack indrik
- Solstice indrik
not defending the price
Still wanna nerf DK? xDon par with pure DK

This means that for the average player (who has other sources of additive damage such as minor berserk, damage from chapion points ..) this will lower our overall damage by about 5%.
We know beam builds are easier but they are no way near the top builds. It provided a way for mid skill players to be able to run group PvE content in a decent way withough being overpowered.
The amulet needs either a buff from 15% to 20% or it needs its penalty to Light and heavy attack damage to be halved from 99% to 50% (as at 99% you can still proc weapon enchants with no damage loss).
What I am most afraid is that without a buff to the amulet we might need to kick players from trials if they run a beam build as their damage will be even lower than before and it is just not worth it keeping them around.
But for trial finder groups: man, those groups will struggle with damage as at least half of the players there are beam builds and they will not be able to finish any vet content.
(for me its fine I will just go to anyother of my other classes: DK, or pure sorc or pure nightblade or purre templar build is fine as long as people would know how to light attack weave)
But as a lot of people run beam builds with Velothi, nerfing their core item would make a drop in player enjoyment and can lead to less player base down the road which none of us want for this game.
