You will see more zones added to the map overtime. With all of the changes and trying out the event zone, it was not realistic to have a zone added this year. Hi, what about Antiquities? That's what I like most about ESO, and they're adding a new zone to the game. What's going to happen with Antiquities next? This year, etc.?
Currently one new Mythic is confirmed to have Leads drop from the Night Market. I recall them mentioning that if the Night Market is not available, then there should be alternative sources for the Leads.

Dont understand the drama.
We dont have enough players to build several pools, so everyone ready to PvP just gets thrown in.
There are always Elite Players and its always the responsibility of the rest to adapt and evolve or keep being the victim.
If you Like PvP, you will do exactly that, die, learn, adapt, repeat.
Otherwise you will keep dying and shouldnt expect that the devs can do anything about it.
The format of BGs doesnt change anything about this.
If you cant compete (yet) with good players, it doesnt matter if you play 4vs4vs4 or 8vs8.

We already have 8 companions, fully filling the 8 slots we have on the wheel for them.
Unless ZoS give us a second wheel, I've zero interest in adding more because I've zero room to slot them.

Personally I think no new zone (and I mean I a 'real' zone full with tons of new assets/music/stories and not reused stuff) IN ADDITION with no new dungeons for at least a whole year is a terrible combination. If it was either of them I would be okay with it.
That said, I am on ESO hiatus this year until that new content that I enjoy get added to the game again. My backlog and replay list is finally shrinking.

Well, Dreams-in-Scenes could be read as a caricature, that's certainly a feasible way to interpret this Argonian's character design.
Though honestly it does feel a bit too exaggerated perhaps? The way she's so self-satisfied and thinking of herself as oh so smart, talented and progressive, that she never even questions whether some of her ideas might not be correct and whether the public would even find her visions interesting, feels a bit crass.
She also grossly ignores (or isn't capable of realizing) how respectless her behaviour is - the way she only accepts one specific idea about "how things should be" and forces it upon everyone else. Thinking more about it, what does Dreams-in-Scenes not disrepect?
She disrepects the work and the original playwright of that traditional Heart's Day play Polydor and Eloisa by basically just using the play's name (and its characters and maybe the vague setting), but then making the whole thing about per personal ideas and messages. She even disregards the main message and meaning of that play that the original author had intended, by giving that tragic love story a happy ending.
She also disrespects the audience by infantilizing them, labelling them (or at least "the commoners") as too dumb not only to understand a more complicated play that touches upon more than just "Hero does heroic stuff, happy end", but also as incapable of knowing for themselves what they enjoy and want to see. And if the audience criticizes her work, she even goes so far as insulting them.
Personally, I'm also reminded a bit of what we've seen in human history, in past eras, where the "commoners" were deliberately kept dumb. Keeping away more complicated things from them also means taking away their opportunity to grow and learn, after all. Of course often masqueraded as some kind of care (which is paternalistic by itself, but criticism of that wasn't a concept yet some hundred years ago).
Add to that how Dreams-in-Scenes is completely uninterested in learning and improving (that's what constructive criticism is about after all - any respectable artist would welcome it), or even just hearing different ideas and opinions...
But I do wonder: Why? Why present such an obnoxious character to us, as part of a love-related celebration of all things? Now, I know the saying "everything has a purpose, even if it's just to serve as a negative example" - but I still don't really see why an example for completely talentless and self-centered theatre director is presented to us? What purpose does it serve? Just flavor for the world of Nirn? Or some message like "We know the criticism about and the flaws of today's common movie and game writing and we're on your side"? Rather than an unlikeable npc who impersonates all that's wrong with "modern writing" as a silly caricature, I'd rather see a counterconcept to that type of writing being reflected throughout the game.

Re: Strange feeling
It's interesting to see other players' reactions to the end of endeavors. I've never felt FOMO over any of it, so if I didn't feel like logging in or doing endeavors, I'd just skip it on that day or week. It was nice to know it was there to be done if I felt like it, though.
I hope the new system is equally satisfying. A post on another thread has me worrying there might be some micromanaging involved with tome points though, with claiming points versus accumulating them for unlocking pages or something. It's all very confusing at this stage.
