Pounce: This ability is expensive and buggy. The Brutal Carnage DoT often fails to activate, forcing you to waste stamina recasting it. It costs 8k stamina for both parts—way too much for unreliable damage.
If you look at the tooltip of Pounce when it turns into Carnage, you'll see that the cost to cast Carnage is exactly half the normal cost of Pounce. So, it'd cost 12k Stamina to cast Pounce+Carnage, which takes up two global cooldowns.
Aside from that, I think your post is really well thought out and well written! I like many of the ideas discussed here. While I have many of my own ideas for how to help Werewolf, I think my top three would be:
- A Scribing skill for the Werewolf skill line. Not only would this be the 6th active ability that Werewolf gets to pick from (increasing build diversity) but this would allow Werewolf to apply buffs/debuffs and other effects they couldn't normally do before. Plus this would likely let Werewolf use Class Mastery, and there are a handful of useful ones for use in Werewolf form.
- The ability to sneak. Several sets require crouching, including the Sentry set. Lots of PvE content requires sneaking, and sneaking would be helpful in PvP as well. There's already animations for werewolf sneaking, and there's precedent for werewolves sneaking both in ESO and in previous TES games.
- The ability to crossheal allies. I'd prefer if Hircine's Fortitude could crossheal, but I'd accept if a Werewolf Grimoire could be scribed to heal others. There's some degree of support for damage dealing and tanking while in Werewolf form, but it's impossible to heal others while transformed without sets — crosshealing is imperative in PvP content, and it'd be nice to be able to heal others in PvE content as well.

You will see more zones added to the map overtime. With all of the changes and trying out the event zone, it was not realistic to have a zone added this year. I started playing ESO with the Elsweyr chapter in June 2019, and have always done the 12-month renewal subscription to the game and I feel that ESO Plus provided me with worthwhile bonuses ... like receiving all my Crowns as a lump sum. I have no problem paying for a game I enjoy, and I realize that the company needs to earn money to stay in business.
I just Googled and reviewed the additional Tamriel Tomes benefits that will accrue to subscribers, and I am very pleased with what I saw. I think my only question about the new Season Zero is whether or not we will see new zones added to the current map. The current world map is large but it's always nice to have a new Zone to explore.

I think an entire month of no returning crates is way too long, especially now that we have so many crates to cycle through.

This entire issue could easily be resolved by ZOS adding a "decline all guild invites" feature. Why ESO remains the only MMO to NOT have such a feature continues to absolutely amaze me.
You'd think this would be a top pain point for the team working on addressing pain points to work on, but apparently not - and the sooner it is addressed, the better.

This PTS was undoubtedly the best since u35. However, there are still a few points I think could be improved.
1. Class Rework: The New-DK was great, but the sudden removal of poison damage caught some players off guard, although the overall reaction wasn't strong. This does raise concerns about whether other classes will suddenly be limited to certain gameplay or elements, especially Warden and Sorc, which already have three themes. Perhaps the official team could have posted a dedicated thread for discussion beforehand, or held a vote (please don't use the forum's voting system; the inability to edit choices is terrible). This might have satisfied more people.
2. PTS Schedule: Due to the future shift to simultaneous updates for PC and console servers, this PTS was shortened, and players were forgotten to be informed beforehand. Again, given the better communication quality of this PTS compared to previous ones, most players were understanding, but such mistakes should still be avoided. Furthermore, since the official team has already mentioned that the new release model will make new patch releases more flexible, why not release them in batches? Wouldn't it be better to release the completed parts first, while continuing testing and delaying the release of other features, such as the problematic Tamriel Tome, by 1-2 weeks, while providing some compensation, such as a free piece of furniture? Moreover, more testing is always better than less.
3. Do the developers understand how damage is calculated?: During the PTS, Molten Whip was advertised as granting a 15% damage buff to monsters, but it only actually increased damage by 15%. This ultimately led to a decrease in overall New-DK damage, and the developers needed to investigate to find the cause. However, experienced players could immediately see the reason for the problem, because the "damage increase" was diluted further due to the damage calculation formula, yet the developers seemed unaware of this. This raises concerns that if these misunderstandings are already deeply ingrained in the main table controlling the overall game balance, how many other incorrect assumptions have distorted the table's output in the past? There seems to be no official response to this yet.

With all the skill styles, houses, companions, etc being bought in the store, ZoS has bragged about how much they bring in. Microsoft wouldn't have bought them if they weren't.
The craft bag is the number one reason they're bringing in what they do. What kind of attrition do you think they'd see in plus subscriptions if the craft bag were free? 30%, 40%, 50%? I don't think that's out of the question.
Suppose they have 50k subscribers across all their platforms (a bit conservative I believe but let's try it), do you think they're prepared to decrease their monthly revenue by $200,000 or more? And these that might drop plus if the bag were free? If that's the only reason they were subbing then they're not as likely to take that money saved and spend it on crown packs either.

After reading the comments about the craft bag, I still feel it's essential. I understand why some people want it free. But ESO is a live service game. Servers, updates and support require ongoing revenue. The craft bag is part of that model. If core systems were free, the platform wouldn't be sustainable. We can debate pricing - but the game has to make money to exist.
