I did get an email back on my ticket.
It asked me to first log out of the game. XD
Then asked me to sign the new ToS on the account site for ESO, only when I went to login there wasn't any 'new' ToS agreement to be signed.
In fact, the ToS hasn't been updated since Jan 24th, 2014.
((Which makes me guess that it's just procedure they must follow first? Asking us to do stuff like this?))
Man! I should have not logged out. I had trouble logging out, so I just Alt-F4'd. Now I can't log in.

Next, they will be telling people to go buy new computer since our "old" ones are faulty!
