Login Error - 301 & Login Timeout...

gretesh01ASoul Shrivensad too say I have been bitten by this 301 timeout I cannot relog back into game bugs I can deal with but this just takes the biscuit zos for me was on a yellow card but closing fast on a red going to lose a 6mth subbed player here if not resolved ..

Don't hold your breath, i submitted a ticket on Monday afternoon and requested a call back on Tuesday and all I have received is a customer service survey.

true, what pisses me off right now is that they are aware that this could be fixed by a server restart but they aren't doing anything. They could at least restart the servers every morning or doing the EU maintenance after the NA one, and not the other facking day.

7 days for me now (EU). And I have to wait for another day, because no way you can do 2 maintenance's in 1 day, when the issue is absolutely critical! Right??...

yep you must be fuming anyway perhaps moving your char to usa server might resolve it just a thought then again it might break it even more0 -

- EU players are humans too! We want our maintenances in the least pop time (at deep night) and not lasted for several hours!
- Animation canceR - is true PvP cancer! When you can't see which actions your opponent do - you can't react properly on them!

Still, I'm terrified of doing anything in the game and get booted again by some stupid connection error. At least this time it didn't happen on the very first 5 minutes of play, like it did last monday...0 -

Changing a password has no effect on this error that I've been aware of. It is an authentication/login server issue. But not of this type. Seems more like a database error to me.

Asava✭✭✭Guys, when you crash out/alt f4 during a loading screen the db is still latched showing you in game. You get stuck that way because they neglected to put a release function in the db for everyone's in game state. We can't fix anything. It's 100% server side db issue.0

301 EU here . After server reset - finally got in . Hope it will not happen again and that we will be credited with number days we were unable to play + little bonus.0

tarolinSoul ShrivenFixed So i found out every time i discoonect for some reason my norton secruity was blocking the program thinking it was a virus or something. Just tested a controlled Disconnect and norton blocked it after which can be manually changed0

im afraid your stuck till reset which is Tuesday if your eu server there's nothing you can do to rectify it they wont reboot till then my advise it write a ticket a get your game time back you have lost and until they figure out how to fix this 301 issue.....0 -
Azethoth✭I will throw my hat in the ring here. Logged in at ~9:30am no problems. My internet took a dump and I had to quit the game. Tried to log in at ~10:15am and get timed out or 301 every login attempt.
I sent a ticket at 1034am ticket number 140530-012087
got a quick initial response that I had already tried. Sent in a couple replies with things I have tried.
I have tried calling, was on hold for over an hour before I was disconnected by Zeni's end. Back on hold again.
I am on the NA server.
Can we get a more recent update to this?0 -
